I loved Work Hard, its one of my favorite k pop songs, but after it was released they've never came back to this sound And now they released Rollercoaster. It so close to Work Hard. 100% my taste If they just will do this sound more, they would definitely become my favorite 4th gen group
I could not agree with you more! I’m a new BB & this song plus Work Hard got me to stan. On your point though, to be fair the only comeback they had between Work Hard and Rollercoaster was All In (which was not bad tbh). But I think all groups go through a time of trying different things before they hone into their true sound. And I’m hoping Rollercoaster is what they really love to do because it really sets them apart and it’s GOOD MUSIC. Can’t wait to see what they come out with in the future!!!

I agree, as someone who's been into kpop for 11 years, this sounds a pretty interesting choice for a somewhat-rookie kpop group's title track (also agree I thought of AOMG/H1GHERMUSIC when I first heard it). But hey, look, it's dope, it broke through the generic sound that rookie kpop groups put out these day (I feel like this is the same for BAE173's Loved You, these two just broke through the clutter for me because they sounded 'different'). I enjoyed it, I like the music, the video production.

Although "All In" seemed to be like the title track wherein Brave Ent. wanted to showcase more of the members' vocals, I really think "Rollercoaster" hit the sweet spot in utilizing the vocal capabilities of the members better with this song (i.e. Junseo and Lune with the lower register having a fair share of lines, and Teo singing also at a lower register at some of his parts). Among all the title tracks, my favorites have got to still be "Still" (pun maybe intended), and "Rollercoaster". 05:11 This was the same thing I thought of after hearing this song! Especially the AOMG/ H1ghr Music bit o_o They're consistently releasing title tracks that are within this wheelhouse and I’m all for it. 12:41 Ugh! Also agree with the grading!
DKB has such a unique sound and sometimes you think wow this doesn't just sound like kpop it sounds like just completely outside it but it works. I recommend to everyone to listen to "No More" which is personally my favorite B side from them its so unique.

I really really love this song!! The vocals and the raps were amazing. Visually the music video was quite cinematic and the costumes and concept fit the atmosphere of the song (better cohesive than past videos like Work Hard). I think the genres of this song were chosen because the concept of the group from the beginning was like that. The members have always highlighted their taste for hip hop and R&B. Although their first albums were experimental (in the sense of trying a little of everything) they have always marked their interest in these genres since the bsides written by them are always R&B, rap or hip-hop. I really feel like this comeback is the best they've had so far. Visual and musical quality. When you look at brave brothers past boy groups they had more of the r&b elements in them then the pop side of kpop groups, espically big star. That group has r&b vocals and everything, so not very surprising that brave brothers is making his new group lean more on the r&b side of things then anything
