Are you happy with your baler?

Clean the sensor in the wrap area. We have never had that happen on ours but my neighbor said he had to wipe one off and he checked his plug and it was fine after that

How long will that hay keep for?

It’s best to feed it this winter but will keep longer as long as the plastic stays in good shape

I always wondered if that made the hay easier to digest.

Not sure on digestion but you hold on to more nutrients

Looking at the 504 pro I do custom work and sale hay. What is your opinion of the vermeer

The pro series Vermeer is by far ones of the strongest balers I’ve run. With that being said it’s also one of the heaviest balers I’ve ever run. Especially if you’re going to run knives for chopping. It’s gone take a few pony’s to run it

I have two 150 hp tractors and my current baler has knives in it too. Not sure of the hp of that john deere you are running but I hope I could run it with one of my tractors.

@@tylerjohnson5228 with 150hp you should be good. That John Deere is 130hp and we were only making five foot tall bales to keep the weight down

I thought it was a rapper playing a farmer in this movie
