Axolotls are like under water wolfs which will help in almost any underwater situations. like:-when raiding an ocean monument it can remove your mining fatigue, if the axolotl is low on health it will act as dead to regenerate and if you help it in that situation than you will also receive regeneration effect. This is called the healing power of friendship

@My Story Animated It seems that your research has been misleading. Axolotls are true amphibians and they can survive for a long period of time outside of water as they have both gills and lungs. However, outside of water, they move very slowly, and don't get much die, so eventually they die. However, they would never die out of suffocation on land.
