The bungee cord thingy on the belt is used for a place to hold your rifle when using a one point sling so it dosent swing around when you run.
oh so no thats a sling, the real use of this is to grapple off a building from what ive been told. hence why its on the belt
but i may be wrong, i should probably look it up lol
