The reciters name is: Munshid Muhammad Al-Salman, you'll find some nasheeds by him if you search his name in youtube. If you do come by any Quran recitations by him, do let me know, thank you!

2) Qayyiman liyundhira ba'san shadheedhan min ladunhu wayubashshira almumineena allatheena ya'maloona saalihaathi anna lahum ajran hasanaa
3) Maakitheena feehi abada
4) Wayunthira allatheena qaaloo ittakhatha allahu walada
5) Ma lahum bihi min ailnim wala liaabaaaihim kaburat Kalimantan takruju min afwahihim in yaqooloona illa kadhiba
6) Fala'allaka bakhi'un nafsaka alaa aatharihim in lam yuminoo bihatha allathee asafan
7) Inna ja'alna ma ala alardi zeenathan laha linabluwahum ayyuhum ahsanu amala
8) Wainna lajaa'iloona ma alayha saeedan juruza
9) Am hasibta anna ashaba alkahfi warraqeemi kanoo min aayaatina ajaba
10) Idh awa alfityathu ila alkahfi faqaloo rabbanaaa aatina min ladunka rahmatan wahayyi lana min amrina rashada
Ask Allah (s.w.t) to get rid of laziness. Also strive yourself not to be lazy. Walk everyday. Engage in some good sports in the evening. That will help you Insha-Allah. Below is a supplication taught by beloved Prophet (s.a.w).
اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الهم والحزن والعجز والكسل والجبن والبخل وضلع الدين وغلبة الرجال
Allaahumma 'innee 'a'oothu bika minal-hammi walhazani, wal'ajzi walkasali, walbukhli waljubni, wa dhala'id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijaal .
