  • Emotional or Internal Regulation refers to the ability to gain and then maintain control over one’s own emotional state as well as behavioral output. The ability to reduce anger, anxiety and fear reactions (or bring them into a state of “management”) before the ALARM sounds can prevent compound trauma & loss in key areas such as: Physical Wellbeing; Relational; Overall resilience (how you cope with stress and trauma’s impact)
