If a perfect voice exists, this man has it. Deep and light simultaneously. Relaxed and tight all at once. Powerful but intimate. Not many have this gift, and not many use it this well. It’s very, very difficult to find ideas, lyrics, production values, and music arrangements that can match it, and I can imagine that’s a problem - but a good problem to have. IMO, that’s why his simplest videos are the most successful, and why his covers - already written amazingly well - are some of most successful ventures. Keep moving forward, Brian, the world needs your talent (and get on your hands an knees and thank your vocal teacher when you see him or her - they did a great job, too!).

Sometimes it's the song that's chosen in the finale that doesn't bring out what the singer can do and it's compared to the other song that showed us all the talent because it was the wrong song for that person. Clearly overall he should had won. But in competitions you have to bring out everything in the finale and that song chosen clearly did not show his talent
