  • I began this message with a song. I believe all preaching should be preceded by a song to prepare the heart of those who believe the gospel.
This is Larry Tidwell. One of the most gifted singers today. If you don't own this cd, please don't hesitate to get it. Your life will be enriched by owning his songs.
This message is the intro to Romans 9, 10, & 11. THis message introduces us to the main players in the Rom. 9 - 11 Saga.

context (n.) early 15c., from Latin contextus "a joining together," originally past participle of contexere "to weave together," from com "with, together" (see com-) + texere "to weave, to make" (see texture (n.)).

Brother Rodney, you know when Paul writes in Eph. that He (Christ) gave some apostles, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers how does this exclude the 11 apostles who spoke before the middle wall of partition was torn down after Paul was saved and God making two bodies, Jew and Gentile, into one new man, the body of Christ? I ask this mostly for clarification because our apostle (singular) is Paul and there is not more than one apostle to the church yet the apostleS Peter, James and John spoke to Jews only. How does this verse in Eph. when referencing the body of Christ exclude the other multiple apostles even as it says that He (Christ) gave some apostles etc. to the body of Christ which is the church?
I think this is how many can see that this verse leads to the misunderstanding that the Acts 2 account is the beginning of the body of Christ which we know is not because the middle wall remains and Peter addresses the men of Judea. I believe I know the answer in biblical context yet I'm asking you, a fellow brother who rightly divides, how this verse applies to the body of Christ when Paul is our only singular apostle? I remember you went over this in another older video when speaking on another subject but asking for clarity. Thank you.

There is more than one apostle for the body of Christ. Men that traveled with Paul were called apostles. I don't have time to get into it now but I will in some of my upcoming messages. Thanks for the question

great teaching but only problem I have is you calling dEVILs "demons" .. the KJV NEVER says "demon" .. stick to God's words and not the false bibles that all say demons.. many of the world believe in demons and they believe that there are good and bad demons. God says DEVIL because the word itself reveals their character for they are ALL EVIL!
otherwise I love your videos .. good work brother!
