This payment method doesn't split up or chain payments, it sends payments to the account that you connect it to in the settings. :) We have a different PayPal payment method that will do what you're after though. It's called PayPal Adaptive Payments. --> woocommerce.com/products/paypal-adaptive-payments/
I am using Paypal Powered by Braintree now and I just had a customer purchase an item from my online store with a credit card but I do know where I can see where are my funds located at does anyone know?
I only have a PayPal account that I want all the money to go to. and PayPal powered by Braintree is asking for a routing number and I don't have a bank that I want the money to go into. I thought it would make any credit card purchases just go into my PayPal. Does it not do that. I don't think I'm following right.
Anytime this payment method is used the money will end up in your PayPal/Braintree account. It's the same one that you connect in the method in the settings. From there you can transfer those earnings to a bank account, etc... That's all handled on Braintree's side of things. :)
It doesn't have to be one or the other. You can certainly have both PayPal Standard (the gateway included in WooCommerce core) and PayPal powered by Braintree active. The only downside to both being active is that it could cause some confusion for your customers to see two PayPal options, but that could be alleviated with how you title and describe the gateways in the settings. Also, the cool thing about PayPal powered by Braintree is that you could turn off the PayPal account "gateway" if you wanted to use PayPal Standard for that. --> cld.wthms.co/yQxt/4P85x8Bg Lots of options. :D

Hi there, it is required to have an SSL certificate with this payment gateway. It lets customers pay on your site via a card or PayPal account and that needs to be secure. In general an SSL certificate is very important to a site these days. Just consider that Google is weighing ranking based on SSL certificates now.
Hello I have another question, I can't seem to see the connect with Braintree button as shown in the video. Does it mean that it's not working in msia?
Hi there Mustafa, Just to clarify PayPal powered by Braintree is a payment gateway. It focusses only on payments for your store. There certainly are drop shipping extensions and services for WooCommerce, and you can use any of those with PayPal powered by Braintree if you want. :)
does this chain/split payments to vendors? or does it only pay the site owner?
This payment method doesn't split up or chain payments, it sends payments to the account that you connect it to in the settings. :)
