I'm so happy I figured out the trick of the first set up. The trick is to tap 1 micro walk after the V trigger( you will miss if you go forward to much), don't just smash H.Punch too fast and also fully charge the fireball as many said.

Hello I still can't do the first one dispite fully charge the fireball, also I tried to pick Kolin like you do. I can do the same left right mix up with Agies reflector as anti air, but won't work on the ground starting with 2cr light kicks. Any tips? I tried to micro walk but the timing is too tight! Pls help I spent all day doing this already

After the cr. Hp, do a fully charged Hp fireball asap. An important portion of this combo is how quickly you start the fireball after the cr. Hp. In addition, you are not canceling the fireball from the cr. Hp.
May I have another question ? I'm struggling about the crouching fierce into light headbutt, because when I Input light headbutt, i changed my side every time.
I suggest trying to do the whole sequence quickly. The side switch can be the issue, you may not get it if you do the combo slow. I think its all about quick timing.
Couple things make sure you're fully charging the hp fireball and secondly that setup doesn't work on all characters just most characters (doesn't work on Alex, balrog, chun li, laura, necalli, rashid, zangeif, and zeku)
Can’t seem to get the one at 2:04 to work. After I reset with f.mp I end up in the mirror instead of my opponent, like when they’re supposed to fall into mirror when you side switch to do the HK. Do you have any tips on that?

i know this is old but that combo only works at specific spacings. The easiest way to practice it is CH st.MP cr.HP lp headdbutt cr.HP
I have tried that first one so many times and can't get it :( I wish this game would let you slowdown in training mode, would be so helpful to me

You need to micro walk a little bit to do the side switch
