I love that you said year 3 because developmentally that's what it is for Cade
And while JB replacing Monty is worth _at least_ 10 wins by itself -- I'm still convinced he was intentionally trying to lose until maybe late December -- this _IS_ a much better roster.
For one they are a lot healthier so they aren't playing G-League guys but Tobias, THJ, Beasley are just better than Bogey, Burks, Morris. Plus the young guys are all a year older and that _really_ matters at their age
