My grandma died on Valentine's Day and she always said if I don't stop poking my feet out my blanket she was going to yank on my feet, the night after the funeral I was laying down and my feet were poking out of my blanket and I felt something softly pull on my feet, I got up and start Crying my Eyes out my mom comes in and says "you felt it to " the rest of the night I slept in my grandmothers room...
Im thinking her Best Friend, who passed away when she went on a trip to Las Vegas, I believe ur not crazy, It happens,,,,,it's like don't be afraid....
I feel like it’s that ghost from her first sleep paralysis, or just a ghost in her house, saying goodbye because she knows that salice is moving & doesn’t want her to leave so she’s having that sleep paralysis & having it for so long because the ghost needs time to say goodbye. (I don’t know, that’s just what I feel)

Omg girl something like that happened to me about 8 years ago and I was pregnant 😳 I was sleeping sideways and thought I saw someone standing on the side of my bed so at the moment I got really scared 😟 So I turned my back on that someone. And then I felt someone getting on my bed and then felt it on top of me like I couldn’t even move and I was so so scared 😱 this happened while I was asleep Like around 11 pm, I could say that it was a 3 minute thing I have no idea how long this lasted for but for me it was an eternity. And when it was finally over I shouted at my husband and said I felt someone or something and he was on top of me right now. So after that I couldn’t even sleep. Just started to pray 🙏🏼
My grandmother had someone do that to her that was passing away. She said one of her family members or friends (I dont remember) visited her when she was sleeping. She saw someone sleeping on the bottom of her bed, she couldn't see who it was till she turned around and started speaking to her. She knew she would get a call about someone dying that was close so she waited. Sure enough, she got that call an hour later. Shit happens like this and It hasn't happened to me but I still believe this happens.
Isabelle And Emeline my nana had the same thing happen to her a long time ago. She said she woke up in the middle of the night to a woman’s hand touching her & she heard her say that she just wanted to come tell her she loves her & to say goodbye. She wasn’t scared & said she knew it was her aunt. When she woke up the next morning she got a call that her aunt passed away.
It was someone living in your home, well a ghost. Sometimes spirits get attached to living humans, she probably new you were going to move and wanted to show you she wasn’t evil.
My friend had a ghost in her basement and was a man in old timey clothes. We were having a birthday party and I saw him poke his head around the corner. I was never scared of him cause he was the good one. Paranormal is very different and hard to explain but I do believe in them

mags1526 My mom used to live in an old town house in D.C. when she was growing up. Since her mother was a single parent, she always worked for long hours leaving my mom to raise herself. One day while my grandmother was at work, my mom came home from school and started to watch TV in the living room which is not to far from the basement door in the kitchen. When she was watching TV, she thought that she heard a little girl sobbing but than she thought she was just hearing things so she continued to watch TV. She then heard the faint sobs again but now they had gotten louder. She than walked through the dining area to the kitchen and faced the basement door 🚪. She carefully opened it and walked down the creeky, wooden steps. (PS They were very poor so they rented out the basements and there was the tenants bed) She looked and saw a little girl dressed in white just crying on the bed who the looked at my mother. Since my mom is Latina, you better believe that she did not stay down there for another second. 😂 She ran up the stairs as fast as she could and locked 🔒 all of the locks on the door behind her. Btw this is a real story. I just like story telling like this. 😅

yess its kinda like you are dreaming awake , it happens when u are exhausted it usually happens to me when i fall asleep late at night and end up passing out around 4 am exhausted or when i work graveyard shift and i end up falling asleep early in the mornin... it too long to explain but i learned all about it when i took a psychology class in college

You’re not alone, I’ve had this happen to me several times. I remember one specific time when I was having sleep paralysis, and I was having an outer body experience at the same time. It was insane. I could feel something crawling up bed on the sides of me, yet I couldn’t yell/ move or anything. They say it happens when your mind is awake yet your body is already in the sleeping rem-mode. It’s one of the scariest things that’s ever happened to me.
My good friend goes through the same thing and when she comes back to school after that happens she falls asleep in class and when its like 1:00 in the morning she would call me and I try to clam her down cause sometimes she crying
I heard that sleeping on your back makes you more prone to having sleep paralysis and that’s why I never sleep on my back 😭😭 plus it’s way too uncomfortable girl 😂😂
It does. Has something to with your body at ease and your blood gets light or something. It's not a mental thing, more of what your body is going through while sleeping. When I sleep on my back, I would keep a headphone on while I sleep.
I’ve definitely had sleep paralysis happen multiple times within my life, I’ve heard noises but, definitely not anything like that. The fact that it happened to you and the fact that that little spirit was calm and kind. It just sounds like a unique experience, or like one of those crazy before the calm type deals.
Girl same. My son was almost 1 or maybe one. When this shit happened to me. I seen shadows and something sitting on my dresser I'm awake seeing these but also trying to reach my son who is asleep next to me. It was crazy

When i do through it praying seems to help but it takes me what feels like forever to remember to pray because I’m so scared my instinct is to run but obvi I can’t so I literally freeze in terror , when I eventually remember I can pray I start praying and quickly after i pray I can move again. I got chills before clicking your videos and after. I’ve have multiple spiritual experiences and it ranges from visual, physical and certain vibes. I’ve had my best friend come visit me while I was sleeping or whenever I’d be depressed or balling my eyes out I can feel the presence of him. It was probably a spirit watching over you and protecting you from a certain thing. My Gma has a gift yet a curse of dreaming of someone and then they’d turn up dead. She’s witnessed this 3 times, the last time was her bestfriends mother.
When my sister passed away June 2019, I had a couple of dreams with her in them and the first dream I had with her, I woke up in sleep paralysis and my eyes were open but I couldn’t move. I was trying to scream and tears were rolling down my face but I literally could not move. It was really scary. I look at my door and I could see a shadow walking out of my room and when I couldn’t see the shadow anymore, I felt like I could move again and I sat up quickly and just sobbed for awhile... I know it probably sounds weird and crazy. I feel 100% that it was my sister❤️😔

I’ve had so many experiences with the paranormal, but every time I think about this stuff 2 encounters pop into my mind. 1. Being in the house I am at now. I was home alone one night and I felt a hand wrap around my neck and squeeze. Not enough to actually choke me but enough to to let me know that something was there and was capable of doing something. And the other being at my old house before this one. Everyone was asleep and I had a really bad feeling that night. Whenever I left my room I felt something or someone hovering either in front or behind me. Super close to me too. Like this spirit or whatever it was didn’t understand the meaning of personal space. And I went to crawl into bed and I was laying down, scrolling through my phone and I saw a shadow dart across my ceiling. My rabbit started freaking out. Those are just the top of the iceberg of things I’ve felt and experienced.
Hey salice. Yes I’ve had this experience. Mine went this way. I was taking a afternoon nap. As I laid there I felt as if I cannot move as if my body was paralyzed but my mind was awake. My eyes were half open and I could feel the presence of someone in the room walking around me. I seen the shadow on the wall but I could not see the actual person because I could not get up or move my head. I knew someone was there. I could not speak but only lay there until it was done. After what felt like forever I jolted and woke. Scared me so bad. I BELIEVE YOU SALICE.

Then it started to float back so I rub my eyes, as soon as I finished rubbing my eyes it was gone. I turned my tv on and started praying. Now I haven't experienced anything after that._*

My fathers house got some energy traveling on the inside of the material. Like its possessed. Or its an age thing. Its from 1985. As soon as i turn lights out . The house makes noise. I’ve had the same experience a few years ago, mine was a “force” pulling me as I’m trying to get away and all i kept yelling was “I am a child of God!” The feeing felt like an eternity. Til this day I’ve Never experienced that again.
I think it’s someone who has already passed that you had a good relationship with, not so much family but more of a friend that you considered family at one point, maybe someone older, the fact that you didn’t feel scared means your soul was already familiar with the person, Someone who passed sudden and didn’t get a chance to say goodbye.

I was sleeping and I had sleep paralysis, when I was on my bed, I saw something like you, it was a women, I know that, because the only thing I could watch of her is that she had a very long black hair and she was laying on me and I was like I my God and I couldn’t breathe or moved. Same my grandpa Passed away last year and I had my first dream of him it was the best dream I’ve ever had. He was so healthy and he was in my house which is my grandmas house and I feel him there all the time but in the dream the house was so beautiful everything looked so bright it was like heaven on earth.
I've had dreams about family that have passed as well. It always makes me feel better when they tell me that they are feeling better and tell me things they couldn't while they were here.

Something crazy like that happened almost 11 years ago when my grandmother passed away. She was in Ecuador, where she had been living for the last years of her life. Some of my cousins and I live here in NYC. One my cousins told me that on the day she passed away, before he got the call and found out, he was driving down a road in Pennsylvania when he just saw a bunch of crows flying around him and sitting in trees. At the time he thought it was weird but didn’t think much of it, but we think it was a sign of her passing. Then we find out his brother, my other cousin who wasn’t very close to her and hadn’t seen her in years, had a dream on the morning she passed away, where he was walking down a hill of apartments where he grew up. He said he was walking down and at the same time a beautiful young woman walked up and stopped him. She said to him, “Kenny, I know we haven’t talked much but I just want you know that I love you.” And she hugged him. He woke up crying and soon after got the call about our grandmother passing. We definitely think it was her saying bye to him and adding some closure. :( I miss her so much.
Quick story for you Salice! When my brother was a baby and still sleeping in a crib my mom heard him scream and then go silent very quickly one night, running to his room to see what was up. The second she looked at him she could see clear as day a handprint on his chest right under his neck. When she tried to pick him up it wouldn't let her at first and then released moments later. We had the house blessed by someone we trusted from church and nothing like that ever happened again. Even if your not religious or spiritual there are so many ways to get that bad energy out. First, keep your head string and your energy as balanced as you can. Fear invites those things. If you're open to it, find someone from a trustworthy christian church or the LDS church to bless your new apartment. Burn sage. Science has actually proven sage kills bacteria and inhaling the smoke just from burning it like incense changes your brain's response to stress helping you handle it better than you might otherwise.

I never had anything like that happen to me but in a way it's like someone who loves you weather its past or will soon pass away was saying they are ok and that they want you happy. I dont know about this but I did see may grandfather in a dream like state and he said he was ok and that he wants me to be happy and not morn him anymore so maybe it's like that. I had sleep paralysis just a couple weeks ago and I was laying in bed on my side and I woke up but I didn't and I couldn't move and all the sudden I saw my best friends head looking away from me but she was pressed up against me and I was scared for a second but I thought to myself is that my bff that died a month ago and she has the softess voice ever and she said this "I love you just let me be with you for a while longer please before I move on" and I started crying and in my head I was like 'this can't be real can it? She's can't be here' and she replied "I will be gone in a couple minutes just stay calm once you wake up I will be gone I love you" and I don't remember anything else after that but it was a scary, sad time in my life so I hope you feel better I know what you feel 💗
One thing that I’ve personally realized over time is that sleeping on your back can be a trigger to sleep paralysis!! I don’t really know why but once you start falling into that deep relaxation without speaking or moving for awhile it’s like as if you go from meditation to falling into a deep asleep but yet still awake and eventually fall into a sleep paralysis. if you move your legs or any part of your body once you feel yourself falling into it, you can shake it off. Just a tip to try a different sleeping position and maybe it’ll help😂 love you sm salice!!
I totally understand, I get sleep paralysis every few months and I never share my stories because I feel like people would feel like I’m crazy or like I’m making things up. I seen some crazy shit before I heard noises while I am (or at least I think) fully awake. I try to yell but the voice isn’t coming out, my vision becomes limited and I have multiple blind spots. It’s crazy.
I’ve experienced sleep paralysis once before. And I was sleeping on my back and I never sleep on my back! And I was taking a nap as well and I’m in the middle of waking up but I’m not really awake, I see a black figure next to me, standing next to my bed. No face features, nothing but he was wearing a hat and an oversized jacket. It was a man and I hear him laughing but like an evil laugh. I try to close my eyes and toss and turn to wake up myself and I’m telling myself to wake up and I was so scared. It felt like forever but finally I actually woke up and the figure was gone. I’ve read that it was probably past trauma and I’m reliving something traumatic that happened to me in my past. Turns out I was probably reliving something traumatic that happened to me when I was younger with my uncle and when I was little I do remember sleeping and him standing next to me at my bed and laughing that evil laugh before him doing something to me. It was so fucking scary and idk why I needed to have that happened but I never slept On my back again!!!!

Your not alone. My story: I was getting home from a choir event when I was in hs obviously dead exhausted. Sk I go to my room abt to fall asleep the lights were on and I was laying stomache to the bed n then out of nowhere I feel this huge pressure just on top of my back so i dont even open my eyes i just calmly say "andrew(my older brother) get off Iv had a long day" I was just thinking he was trying to bug me u know but then in the deepest voice I have ever heard sounding just basically like a monster I hear them yell at me right in my ear "gett outtt!" As soon as that happened I turned around and no one was there the pressure was lifted and I had this sense of fear so I got up ran to my hallway where I saw both my brother and mom talking and I grabbed my brother and sed "please tell me that was you" he sed he didnt know wat I was talking abt and I told them both what had just happened and my mom says "mija hes been here talking to me for the last 5 mins it cudnt have been him." That same day my mom took me to church and for some reason right wen I got there I felt sick to my stomach and puked right when we got to the parking lot. I havent been back to a church since and have had 3 other episodes with that same (what I think he is) demon.

I believe u I have had sleep paralysis at the age 12 I was sleeping in the living room and remember waking up but I couldn’t get up I tried to scream and nothing came out I started to cry and fell asleeep then woke up and went running to my moms room so I belive u girl just pray 👌🙏

My wife used to experience this quite often. She would various people passing through our room. Even a dark demonic figure. We have since moved and she hasn’t experienced it anymore. But it’s no joke your mind is in a state where it’s open to all levels of the universe and you can sometimes see things during that time. It may be someone from your past who may have hurt you and wanted to apologize before leaving.
I've experienced a lot of sleep paralysis my whole life but I remember having the worst experience a few months ago. I remember waking up, I couldn't talk or move but all I could see was everything around me. I remember seeing the clock next to my tv because I was facing it and it was around 2:37am. I closed my eyes to see if the sleep paralysis would go by quicker and as I opened my eyes I seen the most horrifying face right in front of me, It had the most evil eyes I've ever seen that I can't even put into words. I remember trying to scream for help and I'm usually not scared of paranormal stuff because I've witnessed a few things in my past and I would just shut my eyes so I wouldn't see the face but every time I shut them and opened them again the face was slowly fading away. After that I shut my eyes and took a deep breathe and opened my eyes again and it was completely gone so I started hyper ventilating and shaking because I was so traumatized. I knew it was sleep paralysis because I've dealt with it for many years and knew the exact feeling. I've had it happen two times after that but I haven't seen the evil face since. I wish I knew why or what exactly was the message behind it but I don't think I'll never know or understand why.
Your not the only one!! This happened to me a few years ago. It’s happened twice! The first time happened while I was sleeping over my cousins house. There was a murder that took place in their house before they had moved in and the room where the girl was killed happened to be my cousins room. Long story short she had these porcelain dolls that she got for graduation standing on top of her cabinet and I do not like dolls so I asked her to lay them down. She laid them flat before we went to bed and in the middle of the night probably around 3am or so I woke up sweating with this weird feeling. I also had sleep paralysis and I couldn’t move and it felt like the blankets were super heavy putting so much pressure on me. I couldn’t even talk to my cousin to wake her up and I look over to where the cabinets were and the doll that she laid flat was standing straight up staring at us like if she never put her down. I closed my eyes and prayed and tried to go back to sleep and when I woke up later on the doll was laying down exactly how my cousin left it. The second experience I’ve had was probably a few years after that, where I had sleep paralysis and it was completely dark in my room and just felt like I wasn’t alone. Tried to pray and go back to sleep and I am not sure if I dreamt this or if it actually happened but I remember it vividly to this day, where I’ve woken up to the see my own body laying on my bed. Like I was watching myself sleep and everything felt dark, cold, and lonely and I was trying to get back into my body but something was holding me back. I can only assume or think that this was Astro projecting like in the movie Insidious but I hope I was just dreaming. This has not happened since but girl you are not the only one! Pray pray pray!! Lol
Sleep paralysis is typically when our spirit isn’t fully grounded back in our bodies (this happens a lot during dream state), like if you look into astral projection and things of that sort it would explain a lot of this. Our spirit can communicate and connect with any spirit really but maybe at one point or another you knew this person or someone close to you did
When I was a kid, I was about to fall asleep & like 10 secs after I closed my eyes I felt someone or something touch me & I opened my eyes & nothing was there & it kinda felt like it came from under my bed & from then on I always sleep towards the wall (if my bed is against it)... I’m really not sure if people are going to really read this but I actually have had things happen to me. When I was about 12 I went over to my stepsister’ moms house. When we got there we were hanging out and having fun, as most 12 year old girls do. A few hours pass and we’re both laying in her bed watching a movie, when she turned to me and said “ I want you to fall asleep first.” And I got really confused and asked why , to which she replied “ I’m sorry for not telling you earlier, the man who lived here before was married and this is the room that his wife passed away in. And weird thing happen at night. I don’t want you to get scared.” ( and I know that this sounds made up but I promise that it’s not, it sounds crazy but it’s the truth ) I didn’t really believe her but I went along with it because I was tired anyway. I ended up going to sleep around 8:30. (Even thought it’s pretty early) I slept all night. When I woke up I couldn’t move, and I knew that I was experiencing sleep paralysis. I get sleep paralysis quite often so I wasn’t really scared. I was laying there waiting for it to end when I felt the bed shake. It was as if someone was ramming their body into the bed, but only one hit at a time. That’s when I started to to get scared! Then out of nowhere it stopped, I was so relieved but I still was stuck and I started to get a weird feeling. My chest got really tight as if someone had placed a bunch of bricks on me. At this point I could open my eyes but I kept them closed because I was afraid of what I might see. KEEP IN MIND IM ONLY 12. All of a sudden I feel something craw up the covers and then something shaped like a hand started to grab my upper arm, but it started off really soft as if it didn’t want to wake me then gradually got tighter. It’s hard to explain but the blanket that I’m covered with is one of the ones with the feathered inside so it was kinda poofy so in order to feel something grab me it would have to grab me pretty hard. I felt my heart in my throat and I felt completely and utterly terrified. As I’m laying there I tell myself that I have to turn over or I might end up hurt. I built up everything in me and I end up turning over. Normally this is where the sleep paralysis ends for me. BUT I am stuck do to fear ( I think) and I somehow realized that it wasn’t over yet. After a few really long seconds( that felt like hours) the bed starts to shake like it did before. Suddenly it stops, I remember asking myself if it was over, then out of nowhere I feel something being placed next to my head. And I remember the fear that shot through my body at that moment. My eyes where open watching / waiting for my stepsister to wake up because I wasn’t going to be the dumb white girl that investigates then dies like in the horror movies. About 10 minutes go by and she wakes up. When she looked at me she asked me if something happened and I told her. But the crazy part is when I turned over and looked at what was placed next to my head...... it was all of my things that were placed all the way across the room. I SWEAR ON EVERYTHING I NEVER WENT BACK TO HER MOMS 😂 And I already know that people aren’t going to believe me but I swear on everything that this happened and even thought some people aren’t going to believe. I REMEMBER THE FEAR THAT WAS PLACED ALL OVER MY BODY ! Thank you if you actually read this, I know that it sounds crazy but it happened✌🏼
omg salice!! same thing happened to me once a few years ago, i would share rooms w my sister and we had a bunk bed and under there was a sofa... so one night my sister was doing hw in the bed so i told her i could sleep in the sofa so she could do her hw w space. During that night i remember something touching my arm and i woke up slowly thinking it was my mom or my sister, so keep in mind sth woke me up (i was awake) so when i feel the hand going down my arm my head ends up facing the way where my feet were at, so at the end up the sofa. Out of nowhere she started disappearing from head to bottom. When she fully disappeared i heard a big thumb and boomm i can breathe and move. i just yelled and i ended up waking up my sister. It really does sound fake but i swear it happened. and knowing that i was awake is just insane. i thought i was the only one:/

Omg girl something like that happened to me about 8 years ago and I was pregnant 😳 I was sleeping sideways and thought I saw someone standing on the side of my bed so at the moment I got really scared 😟 So I turned my back on that someone. And then I felt someone getting on my bed and then felt it on top of me like I couldn’t even move and I was so so scared 😱 this happened while I was asleep Like around 11 pm, I could say that it was a 3 minute thing I have no idea how long this lasted for but for me it was an eternity. And when it was finally over I shouted at my husband and said I felt someone or something and he was on top of me right now. So after that I couldn’t even sleep. Just started to pray 🙏🏼
My grandmother had someone do that to her that was passing away. She said one of her family members or friends (I dont remember) visited her when she was sleeping. She saw someone sleeping on the bottom of her bed, she couldn't see who it was till she turned around and started speaking to her. She knew she would get a call about someone dying that was close so she waited. Sure enough, she got that call an hour later. Shit happens like this and It hasn't happened to me but I still believe this happens.

She said she woke up in the middle of the night to a woman’s hand touching her & she heard her say that she just wanted to come tell her she loves her & to say goodbye. She wasn’t scared & said she knew it was her aunt. When she woke up the next morning she got a call that her aunt passed away.

One day while my grandmother was at work, my mom came home from school and started to watch TV in the living room which is not to far from the basement door in the kitchen. When she was watching TV, she thought that she heard a little girl sobbing but than she thought she was just hearing things so she continued to watch TV. She then heard the faint sobs again but now they had gotten louder. She than walked through the dining area to the kitchen and faced the basement door 🚪. She carefully opened it and walked down the creeky, wooden steps. (PS They were very poor so they rented out the basements and there was the tenants bed) She looked and saw a little girl dressed in white just crying on the bed who the looked at my mother. Since my mom is Latina, you better believe that she did not stay down there for another second. 😂 She ran up the stairs as fast as she could and locked 🔒 all of the locks on the door behind her. Btw this is a real story. I just like story telling like this. 😅

You’re not alone, I’ve had this happen to me several times. I remember one specific time when I was having sleep paralysis, and I was having an outer body experience at the same time. It was insane. I could feel something crawling up bed on the sides of me, yet I couldn’t yell/ move or anything. They say it happens when your mind is awake yet your body is already in the sleeping rem-mode. It’s one of the scariest things that’s ever happened to me.

It does. Has something to with your body at ease and your blood gets light or something. It's not a mental thing, more of what your body is going through while sleeping. When I sleep on my back, I would keep a headphone on while I sleep.

When my sister passed away June 2019,
I had a couple of dreams with her in them and the first dream I had with her, I woke up in sleep paralysis and my eyes were open but I couldn’t move. I was trying to scream and tears were rolling down my face but I literally could not move. It was really scary. I look at my door and I could see a shadow walking out of my room and when I couldn’t see the shadow anymore, I felt like I could move again and I sat up quickly and just sobbed for awhile... I know it probably sounds weird and crazy. I feel 100% that it was my sister❤️😔

I’ve had so many experiences with the paranormal, but every time I think about this stuff 2 encounters pop into my mind. 1. Being in the house I am at now. I was home alone one night and I felt a hand wrap around my neck and squeeze. Not enough to actually choke me but enough to to let me know that something was there and was capable of doing something. And the other being at my old house before this one. Everyone was asleep and I had a really bad feeling that night. Whenever I left my room I felt something or someone hovering either in front or behind me. Super close to me too. Like this spirit or whatever it was didn’t understand the meaning of personal space. And I went to crawl into bed and I was laying down, scrolling through my phone and I saw a shadow dart across my ceiling. My rabbit started freaking out. Those are just the top of the iceberg of things I’ve felt and experienced.

Hey salice. Yes I’ve had this experience. Mine went this way. I was taking a afternoon nap. As I laid there I felt as if I cannot move as if my body was paralyzed but my mind was awake. My eyes were half open and I could feel the presence of someone in the room walking around me. I seen the shadow on the wall but I could not see the actual person because I could not get up or move my head. I knew someone was there. I could not speak but only lay there until it was done. After what felt like forever I jolted and woke. Scared me so bad. I BELIEVE YOU SALICE.

Another time my husband had already left for work but I heard my room door open, I didn't open my eyes because I assumed maybe he forgot something and came back, I didn't hear him leave or the door shut again so I wake up in my dark room and see a black shadow floating towards me, mind u I'm still half asleep so I'm like "babe??" Then it started to float back so I rub my eyes, as soon as I finished rubbing my eyes it was gone. I turned my tv on and started praying. Now I haven't experienced anything after that._*

Something crazy like that happened almost 11 years ago when my grandmother passed away. She was in Ecuador, where she had been living for the last years of her life. Some of my cousins and I live here in NYC. One my cousins told me that on the day she passed away, before he got the call and found out, he was driving down a road in Pennsylvania when he just saw a bunch of crows flying around him and sitting in trees. At the time he thought it was weird but didn’t think much of it, but we think it was a sign of her passing. Then we find out his brother, my other cousin who wasn’t very close to her and hadn’t seen her in years, had a dream on the morning she passed away, where he was walking down a hill of apartments where he grew up. He said he was walking down and at the same time a beautiful young woman walked up and stopped him. She said to him, “Kenny, I know we haven’t talked much but I just want you know that I love you.” And she hugged him. He woke up crying and soon after got the call about our grandmother passing. We definitely think it was her saying bye to him and adding some closure. :( I miss her so much.

Quick story for you Salice! When my brother was a baby and still sleeping in a crib my mom heard him scream and then go silent very quickly one night, running to his room to see what was up. The second she looked at him she could see clear as day a handprint on his chest right under his neck. When she tried to pick him up it wouldn't let her at first and then released moments later. We had the house blessed by someone we trusted from church and nothing like that ever happened again. Even if your not religious or spiritual there are so many ways to get that bad energy out. First, keep your head string and your energy as balanced as you can. Fear invites those things. If you're open to it, find someone from a trustworthy christian church or the LDS church to bless your new apartment. Burn sage. Science has actually proven sage kills bacteria and inhaling the smoke just from burning it like incense changes your brain's response to stress helping you handle it better than you might otherwise.

I had sleep paralysis just a couple weeks ago and I was laying in bed on my side and I woke up but I didn't and I couldn't move and all the sudden I saw my best friends head looking away from me but she was pressed up against me and I was scared for a second but I thought to myself is that my bff that died a month ago and she has the softess voice ever and she said this "I love you just let me be with you for a while longer please before I move on" and I started crying and in my head I was like 'this can't be real can it? One thing that I’ve personally realized over time is that sleeping on your back can be a trigger to sleep paralysis!! I don’t really know why but once you start falling into that deep relaxation without speaking or moving for awhile it’s like as if you go from meditation to falling into a deep asleep but yet still awake and eventually fall into a sleep paralysis. if you move your legs or any part of your body once you feel yourself falling into it, you can shake it off. Just a tip to try a different sleeping position and maybe it’ll help😂 love you sm salice!!

I totally understand, I get sleep paralysis every few months and I never share my stories because I feel like people would feel like I’m crazy or like I’m making things up. I seen some crazy shit before I heard noises while I am (or at least I think) fully awake. I try to yell but the voice isn’t coming out, my vision becomes limited and I have multiple blind spots. It’s crazy.
I’ve experienced sleep paralysis once before. And I was sleeping on my back and I never sleep on my back! And I was taking a nap as well and I’m in the middle of waking up but I’m not really awake, I see a black figure next to me, standing next to my bed. No face features, nothing but he was wearing a hat and an oversized jacket. It was a man and I hear him laughing but like an evil laugh. I try to close my eyes and toss and turn to wake up myself and I’m telling myself to wake up and I was so scared. It felt like forever but finally I actually woke up and the figure was gone. I’ve read that it was probably past trauma and I’m reliving something traumatic that happened to me in my past. Turns out I was probably reliving something traumatic that happened to me when I was younger with my uncle and when I was little I do remember sleeping and him standing next to me at my bed and laughing that evil laugh before him doing something to me. It was so fucking scary and idk why I needed to have that happened but I never slept

My story:
I was getting home from a choir event when I was in hs obviously dead exhausted. Sk I go to my room abt to fall asleep the lights were on and I was laying stomache to the bed n then out of nowhere I feel this huge pressure just on top of my back so i dont even open my eyes i just calmly say "andrew(my older brother) get off Iv had a long day" I was just thinking he was trying to bug me u know but then in the deepest voice I have ever heard sounding just basically like a monster I hear them yell at me right in my ear "gett outtt!" As soon as that happened I turned around and no one was there the pressure was lifted and I had this sense of fear so I got up ran to my hallway where I saw both my brother and mom talking and I grabbed my brother and sed "please tell me that was you" he sed he didnt know wat I was talking abt and I told them both what had just happened and my mom says "mija hes been here talking to me for the last 5 mins it cudnt have been him." That same day my mom took me to church and for some reason right wen I got there I felt sick to my stomach and puked right when we got to the parking lot. I havent been back to a church since and have had 3 other episodes with that same (what I think he is) demon.

I believe u I have had sleep paralysis at the age 12 I was sleeping in the living room and remember waking up but I couldn’t get up I tried to scream and nothing came out I started to cry and fell asleeep then woke up and went running to my moms room so I belive u girl just pray 👌🙏

My wife used to experience this quite often. She would various people passing through our room. Even a dark demonic figure. We have since moved and she hasn’t experienced it anymore. But it’s no joke your mind is in a state where it’s open to all levels of the universe and you can sometimes see things during that time. It may be someone from your past who may have hurt you and wanted to apologize before leaving.
That’s part of sleep Paralysis, happens to me all the time. I saw my dad over my bed.

I've experienced a lot of sleep paralysis my whole life but I remember having the worst experience a few months ago. I remember waking up, I couldn't talk or move but all I could see was everything around me. I remember seeing the clock next to my tv because I was facing it and it was around 2:37am. I closed my eyes to see if the sleep paralysis would go by quicker and as I opened my eyes I seen the most horrifying face right in front of me, It had the most evil eyes I've ever seen that I can't even put into words. I remember trying to scream for help and I'm usually not scared of paranormal stuff because I've witnessed a few things in my past and I would just shut my eyes so I wouldn't see the face but every time I shut them and opened them again the face was slowly fading away. After that I shut my eyes and took a deep breathe and opened my eyes again and it was completely gone so I started hyper ventilating and shaking because I was so traumatized. I knew it was sleep paralysis because I've dealt with it for many years and knew the exact feeling. I've had it happen two times after that but I haven't seen the evil face since. I wish I knew why or what exactly was the message behind it but I don't think I'll never know or understand why.

Your not the only one!! This happened to me a few years ago. It’s happened twice! The first time happened while I was sleeping over my cousins house. There was a murder that took place in their house before they had moved in and the room where the girl was killed happened to be my cousins room. Long story short she had these porcelain dolls that she got for graduation standing on top of her cabinet and I do not like dolls so I asked her to lay them down. She laid them flat before we went to bed and in the middle of the night probably around 3am or so I woke up sweating with this weird feeling. I also had sleep paralysis and I couldn’t move and it felt like the blankets were super heavy putting so much pressure on me. I couldn’t even talk to my cousin to wake her up and I look over to where the cabinets were and the doll that she laid flat was standing straight up staring at us like if she never put her down. I closed my eyes and prayed and tried to go back to sleep and when I woke up later on the doll was laying down exactly how my cousin left it. The second experience I’ve had was probably a few years after that, where I had sleep paralysis and it was completely dark in my room and just felt like I wasn’t alone. Tried to pray and go back to sleep and I am not sure if I dreamt this or if it actually happened but I remember it vividly to this day, where I’ve woken up to the see my own body laying on my bed. Like I was watching myself sleep and everything felt dark, cold, and lonely and I was trying to get back into my body but something was holding me back. I can only assume or think that this was Astro projecting like in the movie Insidious but I hope I was just dreaming. This has not happened since but girl you are not the only one! Pray pray pray!! Lol

Sleep paralysis is typically when our spirit isn’t fully grounded back in our bodies (this happens a lot during dream state), like if you look into astral projection and things of that sort it would explain a lot of this. Our spirit can communicate and connect with any spirit really but maybe at one point or another you knew this person or someone close to you did
When I was a kid, I was about to fall asleep & like 10 secs after I closed my eyes I felt someone or something touch me & I opened my eyes & nothing was there & it kinda felt like it came from under my bed & from then on I always sleep towards the wall (if my bed is against it)... So ya that's one of my experiences...

I’m really not sure if people are going to really read this but I actually have had things happen to me. When I was about 12 I went over to my stepsister’ moms house. When we got there we were hanging out and having fun, as most 12 year old girls do. A few hours pass and we’re both laying in her bed watching a movie, when she turned to me and said “ I want you to fall asleep first.” And I got really confused and asked why , to which she replied “ I’m sorry for not telling you earlier, the man who lived here before was married and this is the room that his wife passed away in. And weird thing happen at night. I don’t want you to get scared.” ( and I know that this sounds made up but I promise that it’s not, it sounds crazy but it’s the truth ) I didn’t really believe her but I went along with it because I was tired anyway. I ended up going to sleep around 8:30. (Even thought it’s pretty early) I slept all night. When I woke up I couldn’t move, and I knew that I was experiencing sleep paralysis. I get sleep paralysis quite often so I wasn’t really scared. I was laying there waiting for it to end when I felt the bed shake. It was as if someone was ramming their body into the bed, but only one hit at a time. That’s when I started to to get scared! Then out of nowhere it stopped, I was so relieved but I still was stuck and I started to get a weird feeling. My chest got really tight as if someone had placed a bunch of bricks on me. At this point I could open my eyes but I kept them closed because I was afraid of what I might see. KEEP IN MIND IM ONLY 12. All of a sudden I feel something craw up the covers and then something shaped like a hand started to grab my upper arm, but it started off really soft as if it didn’t want to wake me then gradually got tighter. It’s hard to explain but the blanket that I’m covered with is one of the ones with the feathered inside so it was kinda poofy so in order to feel something grab me it would have to grab me pretty hard. I felt my heart in my throat and I felt completely and utterly terrified. As I’m laying there I tell myself that I have to turn over or I might end up hurt. I built up everything in me and I end up turning over. Normally this is where the sleep paralysis ends for me. BUT I am stuck do to fear ( I think) and I somehow realized that it wasn’t over yet. After a few really long seconds( that felt like hours) the bed starts to shake like it did before. Suddenly it stops, I remember asking myself if it was over, then out of nowhere I feel something being placed next to my head. And I remember the fear that shot through my body at that moment. My eyes where open watching / waiting for my stepsister to wake up because I wasn’t going to be the dumb white girl that investigates then dies like in the horror movies. About 10 minutes go by and she wakes up. When she looked at me she asked me if something happened and I told her. But the crazy part is when I turned over and looked at what was placed next to my head...... it was all of my things that were placed all the way across the room. I SWEAR ON EVERYTHING I NEVER WENT BACK TO HER MOMS 😂 And I already know that people aren’t going to believe me but I swear on everything that this happened and even thought some people aren’t going to believe. I REMEMBER THE FEAR THAT WAS PLACED ALL OVER MY BODY ! Thank you if you actually read this, I know that it sounds crazy but it happened✌🏼

omg salice!! same thing happened to me once a few years ago, i would share rooms w my sister and we had a bunk bed and under there was a sofa... so one night my sister was doing hw in the bed so i told her i could sleep in the sofa so she could do her hw w space. During that night i remember something touching my arm and i woke up slowly thinking it was my mom or my sister, so keep in mind sth woke me up (i was awake) so when i feel the hand going down my arm my head ends up facing the way where my feet were at, so at the end up the sofa. Then i see a girl that looked exactly like me but she was in all black, and her eyes were alllll white and her smile was sooo bright. she was just smiling at me and the second i saw her, i couldnt move not breathe so basically sleep paralysis but i was already awake. i remember i just wanted to yell and and run but i couldnt. Out of nowhere she started disappearing from head to bottom. When she fully disappeared i heard a big thumb and boomm i can breathe and move. i just yelled and i ended up waking up my sister. It really does sound fake but i swear it happened. and knowing that i was awake is just insane. i thought i was the only one:/
