My grandma died on Valentine's Day and she always said if I don't stop poking my feet out my blanket she was going to yank on my feet, the night after the funeral I was laying down and my feet were poking out of my blanket and I felt something softly pull on my feet, I got up and start Crying my Eyes out my mom comes in and says "you felt it to " the rest of the night I slept in my grandmothers room...
I feel like it’s that ghost from her first sleep paralysis, or just a ghost in her house, saying goodbye because she knows that salice is moving & doesn’t want her to leave so she’s having that sleep paralysis & having it for so long because the ghost needs time to say goodbye. (I don’t know, that’s just what I feel)
That's what I'm thinking too because whoever that was. Was probably trying to let go of salice so the "spirit" could be peaceful or something like that.
Omg girl something like that happened to me about 8 years ago and I was pregnant 😳 I was sleeping sideways and thought I saw someone standing on the side of my bed so at the moment I got really scared 😟 So I turned my back on that someone. And then I felt someone getting on my bed and then felt it on top of me like I couldn’t even move and I was so so scared 😱 this happened while I was asleep Like around 11 pm, I could say that it was a 3 minute thing I have no idea how long this lasted for but for me it was an eternity. And when it was finally over I shouted at my husband and said I felt someone or something and he was on top of me right now. So after that I couldn’t even sleep. Just started to pray 🙏🏼
It was someone living in your home, well a ghost. Sometimes spirits get attached to living humans, she probably new you were going to move and wanted to show you she wasn’t evil.

It does. Has something to with your body at ease and your blood gets light or something. It's not a mental thing, more of what your body is going through while sleeping. When I sleep on my back, I would keep a headphone on while I sleep.
My grandmother had someone do that to her that was passing away. She said one of her family members or friends (I dont remember) visited her when she was sleeping. She saw someone sleeping on the bottom of her bed, she couldn't see who it was till she turned around and started speaking to her. She knew she would get a call about someone dying that was close so she waited. Sure enough, she got that call an hour later. Shit happens like this and It hasn't happened to me but I still believe this happens.
Isabelle And Emeline my nana had the same thing happen to her a long time ago. She said she woke up in the middle of the night to a woman’s hand touching her & she heard her say that she just wanted to come tell her she loves her & to say goodbye. She wasn’t scared & said she knew it was her aunt. When she woke up the next morning she got a call that her aunt passed away.

My friend had a ghost in her basement and was a man in old timey clothes. We were having a birthday party and I saw him poke his head around the corner. I was never scared of him cause he was the good one. Paranormal is very different and hard to explain but I do believe in them

mags1526 My mom used to live in an old town house in D.C. when she was growing up. Since her mother was a single parent, she always worked for long hours leaving my mom to raise herself. One day while my grandmother was at work, my mom came home from school and started to watch TV in the living room which is not to far from the basement door in the kitchen. When she was watching TV, she thought that she heard a little girl sobbing but than she thought she was just hearing things so she continued to watch TV. She then heard the faint sobs again but now they had gotten louder. She than walked through the dining area to the kitchen and faced the basement door 🚪. She carefully opened it and walked down the creeky, wooden steps. (PS They were very poor so they rented out the basements and there was the tenants bed) She looked and saw a little girl dressed in white just crying on the bed who the looked at my mother. Since my mom is Latina, you better believe that she did not stay down there for another second. 😂 She ran up the stairs as fast as she could and locked 🔒 all of the locks on the door behind her. Btw this is a real story. I just like story telling like this. 😅
I got chills before clicking your videos and after. I’ve have multiple spiritual experiences and it ranges from visual, physical and certain vibes. I’ve had my best friend come visit me while I was sleeping or whenever I’d be depressed or balling my eyes out I can feel the presence of him. It was probably a spirit watching over you and protecting you from a certain thing. My Gma has a gift yet a curse of dreaming of someone and then they’d turn up dead. She’s witnessed this 3 times, the last time was her bestfriends mother.

When i do through it praying seems to help but it takes me what feels like forever to remember to pray because I’m so scared my instinct is to run but obvi I can’t so I literally freeze in terror , when I eventually remember I can pray I start praying and quickly after i pray I can move again. You’re not alone, I’ve had this happen to me several times. I remember one specific time when I was having sleep paralysis, and I was having an outer body experience at the same time. It was insane. I could feel something crawling up bed on the sides of me, yet I couldn’t yell/ move or anything. They say it happens when your mind is awake yet your body is already in the sleeping rem-mode. It’s one of the scariest things that’s ever happened to me.
When my sister passed away June 2019, I had a couple of dreams with her in them and the first dream I had with her, I woke up in sleep paralysis and my eyes were open but I couldn’t move. I was trying to scream and tears were rolling down my face but I literally could not move. It was really scary. I look at my door and I could see a shadow walking out of my room and when I couldn’t see the shadow anymore, I felt like I could move again and I sat up quickly and just sobbed for awhile... I know it probably sounds weird and crazy. I feel 100% that it was my sister❤️😔
My good friend goes through the same thing and when she comes back to school after that happens she falls asleep in class and when its like 1:00 in the morning she would call me and I try to clam her down cause sometimes she crying

I’ve definitely had sleep paralysis happen multiple times within my life, I’ve heard noises but, definitely not anything like that. The fact that it happened to you and the fact that that little spirit was calm and kind. It just sounds like a unique experience, or like one of those crazy before the calm type deals.

Hey salice. Yes I’ve had this experience. Mine went this way. I was taking a afternoon nap. As I laid there I felt as if I cannot move as if my body was paralyzed but my mind was awake. My eyes were half open and I could feel the presence of someone in the room walking around me. I seen the shadow on the wall but I could not see the actual person because I could not get up or move my head. I knew someone was there. I could not speak but only lay there until it was done. After what felt like forever I jolted and woke. Scared me so bad. I BELIEVE YOU SALICE.
One thing that I’ve personally realized over time is that sleeping on your back can be a trigger to sleep paralysis!! I don’t really know why but once you start falling into that deep relaxation without speaking or moving for awhile it’s like as if you go from meditation to falling into a deep asleep but yet still awake and eventually fall into a sleep paralysis. if you move your legs or any part of your body once you feel yourself falling into it, you can shake it off. Just a tip to try a different sleeping position and maybe it’ll help😂 love you sm salice!!

My fathers house got some energy traveling on the inside of the material. Like its possessed. Or its an age thing. Its from 1985. As soon as i turn lights out . The house makes noise. I was sleeping and I had sleep paralysis, when I was on my bed, I saw something like you, it was a women, I know that, because the only thing I could watch of her is that she had a very long black hair and she was laying on me and I was like I my God and I couldn’t breathe or moved. Another time my husband had already left for work but I heard my room door open, I didn't open my eyes because I assumed maybe he forgot something and came back, I didn't hear him leave or the door shut again so I wake up in my dark room and see a black shadow floating towards me, mind u I'm still half asleep so I'm like "babe??" Then it started to float back so I rub my eyes, as soon as I finished rubbing my eyes it was gone. I turned my tv on and started praying. Now I haven't experienced anything after that._*

I’ve had so many experiences with the paranormal, but every time I think about this stuff 2 encounters pop into my mind. 1. Being in the house I am at now. I was home alone one night and I felt a hand wrap around my neck and squeeze. Not enough to actually choke me but enough to to let me know that something was there and was capable of doing something. And the other being at my old house before this one. Everyone was asleep and I had a really bad feeling that night. Whenever I left my room I felt something or someone hovering either in front or behind me. Super close to me too. Like this spirit or whatever it was didn’t understand the meaning of personal space. And I went to crawl into bed and I was laying down, scrolling through my phone and I saw a shadow dart across my ceiling. My rabbit started freaking out. Those are just the top of the iceberg of things I’ve felt and experienced.
I think it’s someone who has already passed that you had a good relationship with, not so much family but more of a friend that you considered family at one point, maybe someone older, the fact that you didn’t feel scared means your soul was already familiar with the person, Someone who passed sudden and didn’t get a chance to say goodbye.

Girl...yours was such a sweet experience...mine was definitely not sweet. For about a month I was hearing stuff and so was my dog... I thought he just needed to use the bathroom and was making the noises so I let him out and as he was out back I heard the noises in the living room...the computer in the next room would turn on, my Xbox would turn on. Three picture frames fell off the wall all at once...and then one night I heard stomping up the stairs and thought it was my dog and I’m my head I’m like “why the fuck is my dog walking up here like a grown ass man?” I felt a slap on my chest and the blanket felt like it suctioned I couldn’t breathe move or scream and my husband was laying next to me...I was asking God for help and I was able to get a tiny little “babe” out...husband didn’t hear me and I thought shit that was my one chance...God gave me my voice again and I was able to say babe I can’t move and my husband jumped up put his hand on my head and started praying and whatever it was released me. I cried so hard and was breathing like if I had just been choked...husband turned on the light and my dog was in our room the whole time with our door locked. I think it followed me to Florida and has left me alone finally. I had to throw away a lot of stuff because I think it was attached to something...my dad had a terrible experience it terrorized him for a month to the point where he slept in my bed this is while we was living in a shelter, he felt sharp nails glide up his forehead and took off his hoodie on his head once...so I must have still had something from the shelter with me that it was attached to. I haven’t had it touch me since but usually when my husband leaves on TDY my Xbox will turn on by itself or something weird will happen...my dog two days ago rolled his ball to an empty corner of the room, sat back and looked up wagging his tail as if he gave the ball to someone and was waiting for them to throw it 🤷🏻♀️ girl I’m telling u, he not crazy and yours was a sweet one

Same my grandpa Passed away last year and I had my first dream of him it was the best dream I’ve ever had. He was so healthy and he was in my house which is my grandmas house and I feel him there all the time but in the dream the house was so beautiful everything looked so bright it was like heaven on earth.
I've had dreams about family that have passed as well. It always makes me feel better when they tell me that they are feeling better and tell me things they couldn't while they were here.

Quick story for you Salice! When my brother was a baby and still sleeping in a crib my mom heard him scream and then go silent very quickly one night, running to his room to see what was up. The second she looked at him she could see clear as day a handprint on his chest right under his neck. When she tried to pick him up it wouldn't let her at first and then released moments later. We had the house blessed by someone we trusted from church and nothing like that ever happened again. Even if your not religious or spiritual there are so many ways to get that bad energy out. First, keep your head string and your energy as balanced as you can. Fear invites those things. If you're open to it, find someone from a trustworthy christian church or the LDS church to bless your new apartment. Burn sage. Science has actually proven sage kills bacteria and inhaling the smoke just from burning it like incense changes your brain's response to stress helping you handle it better than you might otherwise.
I had sleep paralysis just a couple weeks ago and I was laying in bed on my side and I woke up but I didn't and I couldn't move and all the sudden I saw my best friends head looking away from me but she was pressed up against me and I was scared for a second but I thought to myself is that my bff that died a month ago and she has the softess voice ever and she said this "I love you just let me be with you for a while longer please before I move on" and I started crying and in my head I was like 'this can't be real can it? She's can't be here' and she replied "I will be gone in a couple minutes just stay calm once you wake up I will be gone I love you" and I don't remember anything else after that but it was a scary, sad time in my life so I hope you feel better I know what you feel 💗
I’ve had the same experience a few years ago, mine was a “force” pulling me as I’m trying to get away and all i kept yelling was “I am a child of God!” The feeing felt like an eternity. Til this day I’ve Never experienced that again.
I believe you 100% Salice! I am a big believer of the paranormal, demons & all that. Definitely became a full believer when I had my very first big experience last year in November. It was a really good experience btw. But I have sleep paralysis. I remember back in 6yrs ago when I was in HS. I took a nap before going to my CNA class & within that nap I literally went into sleep paralysis 4x. No joke! I kept hearing my step moms voice which no one was home at the time so I know the voice wasn’t real. I never had the experience you had but I will tell you another time I went into sleep paralysis I keep seeing a black tv beside my bed and then I heard the grudge & saw her long black hair in the tv. It freaked me out. That’s the only creepy thing that has happen to me while in sleep paralysis. Now I can control It so if I feel myself going into sleep paralysis, I tell myself to move my hand, arm or leg and once I do I can wake up fully and break free. But It takes a lot to control It. Hopefully you’ll be able to control your sleep paralysis more in the future.

I’ve experienced sleep paralysis once before. And I was sleeping on my back and I never sleep on my back! And I was taking a nap as well and I’m in the middle of waking up but I’m not really awake, I see a black figure next to me, standing next to my bed. No face features, nothing but he was wearing a hat and an oversized jacket. It was a man and I hear him laughing but like an evil laugh. I try to close my eyes and toss and turn to wake up myself and I’m telling myself to wake up and I was so scared. It felt like forever but finally I actually woke up and the figure was gone. I’ve read that it was probably past trauma and I’m reliving something traumatic that happened to me in my past. Turns out I was probably reliving something traumatic that happened to me when I was younger with my uncle and when I was little I do remember sleeping and him standing next to me at my bed and laughing that evil laugh before him doing something to me. It was so fucking scary and idk why I needed to have that happened but I never slept On my back again!!!!

I totally understand, I get sleep paralysis every few months and I never share my stories because I feel like people would feel like I’m crazy or like I’m making things up. I seen some crazy shit before I heard noises while I am (or at least I think) fully awake. I try to yell but the voice isn’t coming out, my vision becomes limited and I have multiple blind spots. It’s crazy.
I'VE HAD/HAVE SLEEP PARALYSIS TOO!!! It always seems to happen when I fall asleep in bed Without my Fiance (Sometimes he falls asleep on the couch). When I'm alone and he cant wake me up from a scary experience. So While I'm in this state of sleep I can see my Current surroundings and Myself clearly but I cannot Move! There is ALWAYS a dark figure standing in front of OR around me, just looking at me and I'm always VERY scared of whoever/whatever it is! Most of the time NOTHING happens but I will NEVER forget this ONE time that scared me so much I woke up Crying... I fell asleep, Just my 3 year old son and I in my Bed. Halfway through the night I start having sleep PARALYSIS and As I realize this I scan the room to find the dark figure, I stop at the doorway and my heart DROPS as I SCREAM inside! My 3 year old son is Hanging in the doorway and the dark figure is right by him just starting at me! Taunting Me! I try with all my strength to Get up and run to save my son but I'm stuck I cant move! I cant scream for My fiance to help! Im helpless and his body is Not Moving anymore! But as I'm struggling, and too focused on his body hanging I catch a glimpse of a light right by me and somehow I realize THIS is his Spirit right by me sleeping soundly. This is the REAL him! Not that dark body hanging! It's fake! So I focus on His Spirit! And slowly the Body starts to disappears Just as I Jolt back into Reality with Tears running down my face and my heart racing,I grab my son make sure hes still Breathing and I cry on his chest Because I've never been so SCARED in my life! That was BY FAR the scariest one EVER! And I NEVER want to experience one that Bad Again! But you know what's crazy? in Reality we have a small punching bag hanging in the doorway. And to this day when I see it in the dark it scares the fuxk outta me...

I have sleep apnea so I regularly experience sleep paralysis. I encountered the demon once. It got right in my ear and said my name. The key is you have to start praying and it will let you go. It was crazy. But I’ve dealt with paranormal experiences all my life. I have a strong 6th sense. I’ve had a few premonitions as well. The worst one was that I saw my Aunt dead the day it happened because she died that night. Clear as day I saw her in my head, in her casket. I had the overwhelming urge to call my cousin and tell her she should call her mom because she was supposed to be there that weekend but had car problems. So she didn’t get to see her or say goodbye. I felt so guilty but at the same time I didn’t wanna believe what I was seeing. Now I get regular visits from her in my lucid dreams. Like I get to hug her tight and talk with her. You’re definitely not crazy!
Your not alone. My story: I was getting home from a choir event when I was in hs obviously dead exhausted. Sk I go to my room abt to fall asleep the lights were on and I was laying stomache to the bed n then out of nowhere I feel this huge pressure just on top of my back so i dont even open my eyes i just calmly say "andrew(my older brother) get off Iv had a long day" I was just thinking he was trying to bug me u know but then in the deepest voice I have ever heard sounding just basically like a monster I hear them yell at me right in my ear "gett outtt!" As soon as that happened I turned around and no one was there the pressure was lifted and I had this sense of fear so I got up ran to my hallway where I saw both my brother and mom talking and I grabbed my brother and sed "please tell me that was you" he sed he didnt know wat I was talking abt and I told them both what had just happened and my mom says "mija hes been here talking to me for the last 5 mins it cudnt have been him." That same day my mom took me to church and for some reason right wen I got there I felt sick to my stomach and puked right when we got to the parking lot. I havent been back to a church since and have had 3 other episodes with that same (what I think he is) demon.

The way she talked to you it was a good spirit and maybe she is the one in all the ghost stories trying to communicate with you.You can go to someone that can tell you what is happening it might help.

My grandma died on Valentine's Day and she always said if I don't stop poking my feet out my blanket she was going to yank on my feet, the night after the funeral I was laying down and my feet were poking out of my blanket and I felt something softly pull on my feet, I got up and start Crying my Eyes out my mom comes in and says "you felt it to " the rest of the night I slept in my grandmothers room...

Omg girl something like that happened to me about 8 years ago and I was pregnant 😳 I was sleeping sideways and thought I saw someone standing on the side of my bed so at the moment I got really scared 😟 So I turned my back on that someone. And then I felt someone getting on my bed and then felt it on top of me like I couldn’t even move and I was so so scared 😱 this happened while I was asleep Like around 11 pm, I could say that it was a 3 minute thing I have no idea how long this lasted for but for me it was an eternity. It does. Has something to with your body at ease and your blood gets light or something. It's not a mental thing, more of what your body is going through while sleeping. When I sleep on my back, I would keep a headphone on while I sleep.
My grandmother had someone do that to her that was passing away. She said one of her family members or friends (I dont remember) visited her when she was sleeping. She saw someone sleeping on the bottom of her bed, she couldn't see who it was till she turned around and started speaking to her. She knew she would get a call about someone dying that was close so she waited. Sure enough, she got that call an hour later. Shit happens like this and It hasn't happened to me but I still believe this happens.

She said she woke up in the middle of the night to a woman’s hand touching her & she heard her say that she just wanted to come tell her she loves her & to say goodbye. She wasn’t scared & said she knew it was her aunt. When she woke up the next morning she got a call that her aunt passed away.

One day while my grandmother was at work, my mom came home from school and started to watch TV in the living room which is not to far from the basement door in the kitchen. When she was watching TV, she thought that she heard a little girl sobbing but than she thought she was just hearing things so she continued to watch TV. She then heard the faint sobs again but now they had gotten louder. She than walked through the dining area to the kitchen and faced the basement door 🚪. She carefully opened it and walked down the creeky, wooden steps. (PS They were very poor so they rented out the basements and there was the tenants bed) She looked and saw a little girl dressed in white just crying on the bed who the looked at my mother. Since my mom is Latina, you better believe that she did not stay down there for another second. 😂 She ran up the stairs as fast as she could and locked 🔒 all of the locks on the door behind her. Btw this is a real story. I just like story telling like this. 😅

You’re not alone, I’ve had this happen to me several times. I remember one specific time when I was having sleep paralysis, and I was having an outer body experience at the same time. It was insane. I could feel something crawling up bed on the sides of me, yet I couldn’t yell/ move or anything. They say it happens when your mind is awake yet your body is already in the sleeping rem-mode. It’s one of the scariest things that’s ever happened to me.

I had a couple of dreams with her in them and the first dream I had with her, I woke up in sleep paralysis and my eyes were open but I couldn’t move. I was trying to scream and tears were rolling down my face but I literally could not move. It was really scary. I look at my door and I could see a shadow walking out of my room and when I couldn’t see the shadow anymore, I felt like I could move again and I sat up quickly and just sobbed for awhile... I know it probably sounds weird and crazy. I feel 100% that it was my sister❤️😔

I’ve definitely had sleep paralysis happen multiple times within my life, I’ve heard noises but, definitely not anything like that. The fact that it happened to you and the fact that that little spirit was calm and kind. It just sounds like a unique experience, or like one of those crazy before the calm type deals.

Hey salice. Yes I’ve had this experience. Mine went this way. I was taking a afternoon nap. As I laid there I felt as if I cannot move as if my body was paralyzed but my mind was awake. My eyes were half open and I could feel the presence of someone in the room walking around me. I seen the shadow on the wall but I could not see the actual person because I could not get up or move my head. I knew someone was there. I could not speak but only lay there until it was done. After what felt like forever I jolted and woke. Scared me so bad. I BELIEVE YOU SALICE.

One thing that I’ve personally realized over time is that sleeping on your back can be a trigger to sleep paralysis!! I don’t really know why but once you start falling into that deep relaxation without speaking or moving for awhile it’s like as if you go from meditation to falling into a deep asleep but yet still awake and eventually fall into a sleep paralysis. if you move your legs or any part of your body once you feel yourself falling into it, you can shake it off. Just a tip to try a different sleeping position and maybe it’ll help😂 love you sm salice!!

I was sleeping and I had sleep paralysis, when I was on my bed, I saw something like you, it was a women, I know that, because the only thing I could watch of her is that she had a very long black hair and she was laying on me and I was like I my God and I couldn’t breathe or moved.

I’ve had so many experiences with the paranormal, but every time I think about this stuff 2 encounters pop into my mind. 1. Being in the house I am at now. I was home alone one night and I felt a hand wrap around my neck and squeeze. Not enough to actually choke me but enough to to let me know that something was there and was capable of doing something. And the other being at my old house before this one. Everyone was asleep and I had a really bad feeling that night. Whenever I left my room I felt something or someone hovering either in front or behind me. Super close to me too. Like this spirit or whatever it was didn’t understand the meaning of personal space. And I went to crawl into bed and I was laying down, scrolling through my phone and I saw a shadow dart across my ceiling. My rabbit started freaking out. Those are just the top of the iceberg of things I’ve felt and experienced.
Maybe this was Priya saying goodbye. A lot of entities do this when they wish to seek closure.

Girl...yours was such a sweet experience...mine was definitely not sweet. For about a month I was hearing stuff and so was my dog... I thought he just needed to use the bathroom and was making the noises so I let him out and as he was out back I heard the noises in the living room...the computer in the next room would turn on, my Xbox would turn on. Three picture frames fell off the wall all at once...and then one night I heard stomping up the stairs and thought it was my dog and I’m my head I’m like “why the fuck is my dog walking up here like a grown ass man?” I felt a slap on my chest and the blanket felt like it suctioned I couldn’t breathe move or scream and my husband was laying next to me...I was asking God for help and I was able to get a tiny little “babe” out...husband didn’t hear me and I thought shit that was my one chance...God gave me my voice again and I was able to say babe I can’t move and my husband jumped up put his hand on my head and started praying and whatever it was released me. I cried so hard and was breathing like if I had just been choked...husband turned on the light and my dog was in our room the whole time with our door locked. I think it followed me to Florida and has left me alone finally. I had to throw away a lot of stuff because I think it was attached to something...my dad had a terrible experience it terrorized him for a month to the point where he slept in my bed this is while we was living in a shelter, he felt sharp nails glide up his forehead and took off his hoodie on his head once...so I must have still had something from the shelter with me that it was attached to. I haven’t had it touch me since but usually when my husband leaves on TDY my Xbox will turn on by itself or something weird will happen...my dog two days ago rolled his ball to an empty corner of the room, sat back and looked up wagging his tail as if he gave the ball to someone and was waiting for them to throw it 🤷🏻♀️ girl I’m telling u, he not crazy and yours was a sweet one

Quick story for you Salice! When my brother was a baby and still sleeping in a crib my mom heard him scream and then go silent very quickly one night, running to his room to see what was up. The second she looked at him she could see clear as day a handprint on his chest right under his neck. When she tried to pick him up it wouldn't let her at first and then released moments later. We had the house blessed by someone we trusted from church and nothing like that ever happened again. Even if your not religious or spiritual there are so many ways to get that bad energy out. First, keep your head string and your energy as balanced as you can. Fear invites those things. If you're open to it, find someone from a trustworthy christian church or the LDS church to bless your new apartment. Burn sage. Science has actually proven sage kills bacteria and inhaling the smoke just from burning it like incense changes your brain's response to stress helping you handle it better than you might otherwise.
I had sleep paralysis just a couple weeks ago and I was laying in bed on my side and I woke up but I didn't and I couldn't move and all the sudden I saw my best friends head looking away from me but she was pressed up against me and I was scared for a second but I thought to myself is that my bff that died a month ago and she has the softess voice ever and she said this "I love you just let me be with you for a while longer please before I move on" and I started crying and in my head I was like 'this can't be real can it? She's can't be here' and she replied "I will be gone in a couple minutes just stay calm once you wake up I will be gone I love you" and I don't remember anything else after that but it was a scary, sad time in my life so I hope you feel better I know what you feel 💗

I believe you 100% Salice! I am a big believer of the paranormal, demons & all that. Definitely became a full believer when I had my very first big experience last year in November. It was a really good experience btw. But I have sleep paralysis. I remember back in 6yrs ago when I was in HS. I took a nap before going to my CNA class & within that nap I literally went into sleep paralysis 4x. No joke! I kept hearing my step moms voice which no one was home at the time so I know the voice wasn’t real. I never had the experience you had but I will tell you another time I went into sleep paralysis I keep seeing a black tv beside my bed and then I heard the grudge & saw her long black hair in the tv. It freaked me out. That’s the only creepy thing that has happen to me while in sleep paralysis. Now I can control It so if I feel myself going into sleep paralysis, I tell myself to move my hand, arm or leg and once I do I can wake up fully and break free. But It takes a lot to control It. Hopefully you’ll be able to control your sleep paralysis more in the future.

I’ve experienced sleep paralysis once before. And I was sleeping on my back and I never sleep on my back! And I was taking a nap as well and I’m in the middle of waking up but I’m not really awake, I see a black figure next to me, standing next to my bed. No face features, nothing but he was wearing a hat and an oversized jacket. It was a man and I hear him laughing but like an evil laugh. I try to close my eyes and toss and turn to wake up myself and I’m telling myself to wake up and I was so scared. It felt like forever but finally I actually woke up and the figure was gone. I’ve read that it was probably past trauma and I’m reliving something traumatic that happened to me in my past. Turns out I was probably reliving something traumatic that happened to me when I was younger with my uncle and when I was little I do remember sleeping and him standing next to me at my bed and laughing that evil laugh before him doing something to me. It was so fucking scary and idk why I needed to have that happened but I never slept

I believe u I have had sleep paralysis at the age 12 I was sleeping in the living room and remember waking up but I couldn’t get up I tried to scream and nothing came out I started to cry and fell asleeep then woke up and went running to my moms room so I belive u girl just pray 👌🙏

I totally understand, I get sleep paralysis every few months and I never share my stories because I feel like people would feel like I’m crazy or like I’m making things up. I seen some crazy shit before I heard noises while I am (or at least I think) fully awake. I try to yell but the voice isn’t coming out, my vision becomes limited and I have multiple blind spots. It’s crazy.

It always seems to happen when I fall asleep in bed Without my Fiance (Sometimes he falls asleep on the couch). When I'm alone and he cant wake me up from a scary experience. So While I'm in this state of sleep I can see my Current surroundings and Myself clearly but I cannot Move! There is ALWAYS a dark figure standing in front of OR around me, just looking at me and I'm always VERY scared of whoever/whatever it is! Most of the time NOTHING happens but I will NEVER forget this ONE time that scared me so much I woke up Crying...
I fell asleep, Just my 3 year old son and I in my Bed. Halfway through the night I start having sleep PARALYSIS and As I realize this I scan the room to find the dark figure, I stop at the doorway and my heart DROPS as I SCREAM inside! My 3 year old son is Hanging in the doorway and the dark figure is right by him just starting at me! Taunting Me! I try with all my strength to Get up and run to save my son but I'm stuck I cant move! I cant scream for My fiance to help! Im helpless and his body is Not Moving anymore! But as I'm struggling, and too focused on his body hanging I catch a glimpse of a light right by me and somehow I realize THIS is his Spirit right by me sleeping soundly. This is the REAL him! Not that dark body hanging! It's fake! So I focus on His Spirit! And slowly the Body starts to disappears Just as I Jolt back into Reality with Tears running down my face and my heart racing,I grab my son make sure hes still Breathing and I cry on his chest Because I've never been so SCARED in my life! That was BY FAR the scariest one EVER! And I NEVER want to experience one that Bad Again! But you know what's crazy? in Reality we have a small punching bag hanging in the doorway. And to this day when I see it in the dark it scares the fuxk outta me...

I got chills watching this. Definitely believe you. I get the same thing. I "wake up" I often see something than I doze off and than when I wake up I wake up in panick and look around all frantic. Wow that's crazy but it's also kinda amazing. I got the chills when you told us about it. I never had anything like that happen to me but in a way it's like someone who loves you weather its past or will soon pass away was saying they are ok and that they want you happy. I dont know about this but I did see may grandfather in a dream like state and he said he was ok and that he wants me to be happy and not morn him anymore so maybe it's like that. I have sleep apnea so I regularly experience sleep paralysis. I encountered the demon once. It got right in my ear and said my name. The key is you have to start praying and it will let you go. It was crazy. But I’ve dealt with paranormal experiences all my life. I have a strong 6th sense. I’ve had a few premonitions as well. The worst one was that I saw my Aunt dead the day it happened because she died that night. Clear as day I saw her in my head, in her casket. I had the overwhelming urge to call my cousin and tell her she should call her mom because she was supposed to be there that weekend but had car problems. So she didn’t get to see her or say goodbye. I felt so guilty but at the same time I didn’t wanna believe what I was seeing. Now I get regular visits from her in my lucid dreams. Like I get to hug her tight and talk with her. You’re definitely not crazy!

My story:
I was getting home from a choir event when I was in hs obviously dead exhausted. Sk I go to my room abt to fall asleep the lights were on and I was laying stomache to the bed n then out of nowhere I feel this huge pressure just on top of my back so i dont even open my eyes i just calmly say "andrew(my older brother) get off Iv had a long day" I was just thinking he was trying to bug me u know but then in the deepest voice I have ever heard sounding just basically like a monster I hear them yell at me right in my ear "gett outtt!" As soon as that happened I turned around and no one was there the pressure was lifted and I had this sense of fear so I got up ran to my hallway where I saw both my brother and mom talking and I grabbed my brother and sed "please tell me that was you" he sed he didnt know wat I was talking abt and I told them both what had just happened and my mom says "mija hes been here talking to me for the last 5 mins it cudnt have been him." That same day my mom took me to church and for some reason right wen I got there I felt sick to my stomach and puked right when we got to the parking lot. I havent been back to a church since and have had 3 other episodes with that same (what I think he is) demon.

I have had sleep paralysis and im 13 years old. The same feeling has happened to me. Maybe it was your bestfriend that in a video you made that se passed if she had black hair? The way she talked to you it was a good spirit and maybe she is the one in all the ghost stories trying to communicate with you.You can go to someone that can tell you what is happening it might help.
