Just a question how can I fix a lock that doesn’t turn on one side of a double upvc door. I can unlock one door, but because the nature of the other door there are locked together, so when I push one door it opens the other but they are stuck together.
The fault is with the top hinge, as the door has dropped, hence the reason why you have to force the handle UP, some hinges can be adjusted with a Allen key, though sadly some hinges will have to be replaced ( not a big job if you got someone to help you,

Mike just tell everyone what to do. The world works really differently now. Theres plenty of other vids already showing us what to do so why leave it on a cliffhanger? Just makes u look a bit silly
AAHHHH double doors .... nightmare if not fitted an aligned correctly 1st time round ....Adjust th hidges with an allen key.. UNDO th grub screw before you start a dam thing or youl ring your allen key big an then your fucked just as youv started if it has the its th tiny allen key bit that stops th hindges dropping after the door has beencset........ i normally put small L marks on the 2 corners of the Closing Side of the doors (side with th handle an lock) on the actual frame of existing height an depth so im sure of what way im screwing... If its a single door an that isnt working ... look across the head of th door to the frame itself or mark it even if you have to pencil a mark on th door depending on th design ...if its not exactly to a T the same distance on th hindge side to the handle side thTs probably what you gotta do... is to mKe that distance the same either rise or lower that handle side .... ur always praying that you can work it out with an adjustment or hindge replacement cos news 1s you get 3 r 4 mm more adjustmentbut you dont want to start digging out below the door to lower that locking side or having to chisel out a 10mm line acros th head to raise the locking/ handle side 5mm or what ever cos th plaster is normall pushed up in around th top of it so if you jimmy it straight away you risk masses of damage that a 40 r 65 mm pvc trim cant cover ..👀👀

My French doors shut and lock but There’s a gap at the bottom!! You can actually see outside and it’s letting in a lot of cold air! Is there a video on what I can do to fix this issue? X

The door is hitting on sides when closing. It is like I need to lift the door in order to close or open it. What can I do?
You have to carry out a pvc door hinge adjustment. Look on TH-cam.
when I took handle off door the square clip with springs fell apart. do I need to change the handle or can I buy the clips

The door needs toe and heeling just ask a local upvc company it’s really easy if you now how
