Last night after work I decided to walk rather than do a youtube workout. I was planning on heading up to the school yard and doing some lunges, tricep dips, pushups and some running. I thought I'd make up a little circuit class for myself. When I got up there I though let me just check out Chris's fast basic step she just posted. I did the entire workout in the schoolyard! It felt so great to be able to move so freely with no constraints. Even though I had no step I was able to make the moves really big. Such an awesome workout! Thank you Chris!!
Did this workout again this morning (followed by summer arms). Fantastic music and fun choreo. Great for heart, lungs and brain. Never gets boring. Thanks!
This was fabulous! I was so ready for that first water break. Amazing what difference the faster speed makes. Just what I needed today. Thank you Chris ❤

so I did the "modify"! Needed some cardio, but was tired. I walked this for 30 min (so new step) and I got steps in, burned calories, and SMILED! I so appreciate Chris Dorner!

I really enjoyed that. Funny how some moves just make it fun - for me the tap out and leg lift with the arms just made me smile every time we did it. Thank you for the workout!

Heart pumping sweat fest! This was a tone of fun… basic yet still fancy😉. Couldn’t believe when you said that your step and ab classes were the least viewed… they are my favorite… I’m an old school cardio and abs girl at heart lol

Perfect way to kick off my Sunday Funday. Great flow of choreography matched with a fantastic playlist (as always!). I was able to really get into the rhythm of this class, add my own flair (cabbage patch with the stomps and some claps here & there 😊). Appreciate how I’m always guaranteed a high quality workout no matter if it’s new/live or one I pull from my saved folder. Thank you, Chris 💛

Great workout! Kept my brain busy and my heart rate up! Glad to be back after only making time to workout twice in 8 days. This was simply brilliant. Sometimes it’s really good to keep the moves simpler but increase the speed, this really raised my heart rate. 😊. I’m hoping some friends from my gym will be coming on here, sang your praises and everyone is really missing step and a variety of classes available in general. Fingers crossed

So as I was still in my sweaty clothes after doing the 9 and 9.30 workouts, I decided to join this workout. I got my feet knotted a few times and truly, the world did not end. It was a great workout and am looking to doing another fast basic

Just started doing your workouts, I workout regularly but was in a rut so I decided to shake it up and try something completely new. I am so loving step. I feel like I’ve caught on fairly quickly and am really having fun and dripping in sweat by the time I’m done. A little scared to move up to the intermediate/advanced workouts yet. Love the fast basic workouts!

Loved this!!! To answer your question, I tend to do the Step/Strength because they are the biggest bang for my buck so to speak. Super high calorie burn. I need to hit about 600 each workout. I think a 60 min step/strength with compound movements that integrate core would be awesome!!!
