What he’s talking about is the water retention that lean causes. Codeine converts into morphine in your body (so does heroin), for whatever reason opioids cause the human body to retain fluid (water) this is the cause for the “fat face”.
You don’t know what you are talking about…heroin is made from morphine it doesn’t convert back to morphine in your body. Codeine which is the opiate in lean definitely doesn’t turn to morphine in your body either. Idk where you got that info but it is dead wrong. The water retention from lean is from all the other ingredients not the codeine as opiates don’t do that.

@@juggercrizab07 You can do it man...I had to drink morning to night every day for 4 years after I got outta the game and had no more access to xans, oxys and all that. The withdrawals I'd get after even 8 hours without it were BAD. But I was set free from that addiction after I started praying to the Most High God and humbled myself and asked for help...quit cold turkey! Still had rough withdrawals for about 4 days but I didn't die like the "healthcare experts" say you will (,same people saying the vaxxx is safe smh). Addiction is actually a demonic spirit and you will feel it come out when you start resisting sin and calling on the Most High. Even if you've never read the Bible or believed in JESUS bro it's not too late, just ask Him to help you form a relationship with Him...blessings to you and hope you get set free soon!

Facts i feel the same way as a peezy. I used to love thr drank i just turned 26 last month. I sipped mud everyday from 2016-2020 and i mean everyday ski. Im not a big person im 6ft on a good day 140 pounds. I got up to 178-180 face was fat af started getting man boobs all that. It got to the point u could see the drank coming out my pores. all my big homies literally started callin me fat and shit and long story short i had late puberty so i was chubby until like 14 then i got tall and skinny i just grew into my body. But yea i hated being called fatso and chubby man nd Pillsbury doughboy as a kid. So bout time i was in Hs i was a starting point guard and a od sneaker head 😂. Anyways got into music and starting getting money and fuccing wit the stinc team and my rich Memphis niggas and became a full on drank junkie. I only sip lean on my cday now and sometimes Christmas cus aint nothing better then being wit the fam on a cold cali Christmas eve off the drank and yerks. I still fw yerks like 3-4x a month. But that drank shit they can keep until im up a few Ms nd my momma and brothas all straight. The way i look at it drank is a super rich nigha drug. Not no up 6 figures hood rich shit youll go broke on drank alone wit these prices now. Mixing the lean with ”grape fruit” (i think thats what its called in america) and that is the way to go with it. It boosts the effekts of opioids (look it up bih) and u get vitamins and not just straight suger soda. Lean is codien, that turns to morphine by enzyms in ur liver (and some people dont have those enzyms or few of them. And some got much more of it so u get more geeked by the lean u could say). So its a strange opioid i think. And it seems to me the ”sippin and pouring” part i the only reason it got so popular. Cuz ”lean” sounds better then liquid morphine or liquid heroin.
