Scheduling Extra Time for Property Tours - 4-wheeler tour, tractor tour, hiking tour,
As a real estate photographer and videographer in Nashville and Middle Tennessee, I've enjoyed working with many excellent agents.
I've noticed that sometimes agents request that we do a tour of the property as part of the photoshoot-whether that's a 4-wheeler tour, tractor tour, hiking tour, or some other type of property exploration.
I love seeing the full scope of the property and capturing unique angles and perspectives that you can't get from a standard interior/exterior shoot. These property tours allow me to tell the whole story of a home or land through photography and videography.
However, I want to ensure all my clients know that these extra property tours require additional time to schedule and budget. The tour and the extra shooting time needed to capture all the unique elements mean I must allocate more time for the photoshoot.
Our standard photoshoot package includes 1 hour on-site. If we do an extensive property tour as part of that, I'll need to schedule additional time to ensure we have enough time to explore the grounds thoroughly and get all the necessary shots. Of course, this additional time will come with an added cost, which we can discuss upfront.
I'm always happy to accommodate property tours, as they allow me to showcase a home or land in the best possible light.
However, I want to ensure the extra time and effort are accounted for in the schedule and budget. Please let me know if you have any questions or want to discuss this further!
