I know it takes a couple more minute set-up time, but if you pre-drill you anchor holes with a regular drill bit it won't crack up on you. Great video Grant !!
My first time on Lake Superior was one mile out on 8" of ice. My fishing buddies are gone, but the memories live on. Thank you for the reminder. Keep the videos coming.
Man i know i recognize that music playing when the camera man hooked up, cant remember the artist though! Awesome to see you back out on the big lake again!
Later in the season - shallow. Jan/Feb, any steeper break or deeper flat will hold them. fish an area for 5 minutes and move on if you dont graph anything.
No Lake Superior fur us here across the pond😢 Winter has been so warm and messed up. Really is a bummer. Thanks for another great video. All I can do is watch videos, and pretend im there.
Can you please share generally how you cook whitefish. Do you also smoke them? I have never kept any, but you have inspired me to try them. Plus tried some cracker spread made with smoked whitefish. It was good, but a little strong.

Great video guys! Thanks and congrats! I’m what state is this? Thank you again!
Where is this at? Wisconsin or MN? How far north? Didn’t know there was safe ice yet🎉 great vid
They never say. Not even a general area.
if you know Lake Superior's shoreline it's pretty easy to figure out where this is.
@@scottf9044thanks for the helpful and educational response
Ontario waters of Lake Superior. Lots of good island structure to lock in the ice up there. Thanks for the comment!
