We visit the city often when we drive north, and we call the town Amrit-surrey as it is very similar to a city called Amritsar in Punjab, India. It seems just like that, on 120th St, 128th St. and other places in the Fraser Valley Area.
Sullivan Heights is the perfect place to live. Easy to get everywhere, only 15 mins from White Rock by car. Sullivan is also 10-15 mins from Guildford shopping centre. 15 mins away from WillowBrook shopping centre in Langley. It is also close to hwy 10 which gets you to Richmond and Vancouver and if you go the other way it’s an easy drive to Downtown Langley, Ft. Langley and Abbotsford. It is also Family oriented. Lots of great schools. Lots of great Trails to get out into Nature. 15 mins from the US border.
In all, good spots (in order of appearance) :- 1. Guildford 2. Fleetwood 3. Cloverdale 4. Sullivan Heights 5. Panorama Ridge 6. South Surrey Let's hope Steve doesn't kill me for this ;)
As an international student I'm moving to Surrey to study at KPU civic plaza. What's the rental range for one bedroom apartment around Guilford or Fleetwood. kindly share
How can I move to Vancouver or Surrey bc. I need to rent apartments for my family on June.which area is good for small family and public transport. Am a working as a caregiver.
Yea your not wrong ever since they cleared out the surrey strip and started cleaning up the city center alot of those people moved to Newton making it worse than whalley.
