US President Donald Trump has signed an executive order to cut nearly $440 million in financial assistance to South Africa. The order cites disapproval of South Africa's land policy and its genocide case at the International Court of Justice against Washington’s ally Israel. Not just this, it also provides for resettlement in the US of Afrikaners in South Africa as refugees who it says are victims of unjust racial discrimination. Afrikaners are mostly white descendants of early Dutch and French settlers, who own most of the country's farmland. However, even the pro-Afrikaner groups, which lobbied Trump's previous administration on their cause, have rejected Trump's offer, and have said they do not want to move. Watch for more.

Contact the US Embassy in SA. Look up SACCUSA and sign up for their information list. Right now waiting on the administration to make the official plan public, but once that’s done you will work with the Embassy directly to process your application(s). They will tell you everything you need to do from there

There are already 20,000 inquiries to immigrate to the U.S. according to a U.S. South African representative. They expect upwards of 50,000 potential immigrant applications. If you consider these applicants have family members we could be talking about 150,000 people. Obviously white South African large land owners don't want to leave but they are a small percentage of South African whites.
