    Always great info! Thanks for sharing your insights. I would love to see a comparison of single family homes and duplexes or multi family homes in Milwaukee.

      Hi Chelsee, thanks for your question! Are you thinking about pros and cons of buying a single family home vs a duplex? I have made a few videos about house hacking (which is a financial no brainer!) a couple years ago, maybe that helps, but they do not go into comparing SF vs MF, so maybe I should!! Can you expand a little bit on your questions? What points of comparison are you most interested?

      Hi Marcus, we are duplex owners in Milwaukee (thanks to a referral to Kaycee from you a few years back:)because there are so many duplexes and multi family homes in Milwaukee I’d love to see how SF compares with MF.
