Shuchi don’t use salt on enamelled it will damage its coating. Just simple wash would be enough for it. It will work’s completely different as cast iron. I do own them. Don’t drop them it can get chipped

Cast iron is not zero oil cooking but healthy way of cooking with much less oil
Suchi when you mentioned tomatoes my heart missed a beat. Do you know the prices of tomatoes is Rs.150/- per kg today. Its the same everywhere in India. The prices of other veggies is escalating too
