Hari, the overall vibration is basically divided into 3 axis that you mentioned above. By studying the vibrations in different axis, we can guess the cause of vibration. Although experience and good knowledge is required to predict. In our industry, there is separate section of certain people whose only work is to take vibrations and prepare report on it.

Nahi... Normally Generating voltage 11kv or 6.6kv hi rehta hai.

Rathod it depends on supplier.. agar supplier aapko ye voltage level ka trafo deta hai to yes it is possible..
