Been doing this since I fell asleep has a kid to a fan on a hot summer day, up until that point I could not recall ever falling into such a deep and relaxing sleep. Apparently, I am hooked for life.
It's not only great for sleeping, I use this to study as well, blocking all other noises so I can actually concentrate... then it makes me sleepy. Can't be more thankful for this.

What if I'll just disappear? I know you've been searching your whole life what could be the reason behind all of this pain. I know you've been crying while hiding at your pillows and blankets. I know it's painful. I know it's hard. I know you wanted to give up already. But look at you now. You're still here. Despite all of those thoughts and experiences, you are still here and fighting. Why? Because you are strong. You re brave. You are great. You are awesome. Everything happens for a reason and that's what everyone says, and how we wish we knew that reason. But even if we don't we still need to fight. Because everyday is new. Everyday has a lot of things to offer. Just keep on fighting and someday you will find the reason behind all of your suffering. Someday you will find yourself smiling and laughing. Someday will come and it will all be healed. i sleep with this or a similar noise every night, i wake up if it goes off and have to turn it back on lol. Its a bad habit to get into but idgaf it helps me.
