I enjoyed watching the video. I own a A760E in an 2011 tundra. might have to send you my valve body as I approach 200K. I'm still on the fence on whether or not attempting to rebuild the unit myself. been doing transmissions about 45 years but all domestic stuff. right now I have a 1965 ford mustang C4 and man its hard to find good hard parts. I appreciate watching technicians that are good at what they do and are willing to share. thanks again for sharing your talents .
I have a question. My Tundra has about 187K miles. Few weeks ago, I was having a little difficulty going from Reverse to Drive. Is it a fluid issue or transmission issue? I did drained the fluid but broke 7 bolts due to rust because the previous owner probably never replace the filter/strainer. I finally was able to drilled and tap the holes where the pan goes but haven't put the pan on because still waiting for new bolts. Great video on disassembling and re-assembling of the transmission! I think if I watched this video 10 more times, I could probably rebuild my transmission lol

I am exploring the possibility of upgrading this transmission due to the enhancements made to the engine, which now boasts over 800 horsepower with a reinforced bottom end, along with other necessary upgrades including a 2.8-liter supercharger running at 25 PSI and the required electronics. I have encountered challenges in finding adequate support and information regarding the A750F transmission. Considering that the AB60F transmission is considered the superior counterpart to the A750F, I came across a video discussing the enhancement of the load capacity of the AB60F. My inquiry is whether it is feasible to enhance the load capacity of the A750F to match the specifications of the AB60F. Furthermore, if enhancing the A750F is not viable, I am curious to know if it is possible to adapt the AB60F transmission to the 2UZFE engine using an adapter plate. I am uncertain if the bellhousing bolt pattern of the AB60F is compatible with the 2UZFE engine, hence seeking clarification on this matter. Thank you for your attention to these technical inquiries.
I think im having trans prob with my first Gen tundra. 4.7 V8 auto. 2wd. Just made weird noise quit working. Parked it then later on wored again for one short trip 20 miles through all gears then stopped working again. Any ideas?
Your transmission is failing and clogging up the filter, which causes it not to whine and stop moving. When you shut it off, the debris falls out of the filter and it can work again briefly until it clogs up again Time to replace or rebuild
