I have sapphire rx 570 4gb and it never exceed above 120-130watt in any heavy games on full load.
And if i undervolt it little then it lie around 100watt. With no performance loss
RX 570 and 580 offer so much flexibility man, i can't tell you. Whereas GTX 1650 is completely Trash tbh

You should buy a i3 9100f and with rx 570 second hand which will cost around 6000 so you can build it worth 11000 and for ryzen 3 3200g you would buy in 8000rs

There is this common logic in ssd
The more capacity of storage a ssd has, the faster it works, and the longer it lasts
And the less its filled the better it performs
And 120 is too low, you will get around 98/105gb to use and around 30/35 GB is OS, and around 15 GB is programs you will get in the future, even if you want to install a game on ssd you will have 10gb around safe space...
I recommend a “250”(not 240) GB ssd or a 512gb ssd...
Also you will have to change the location of the library(documents, downloads, music, pictures etc) to your hdd because it saves space and you don't need to worry about the random files you download and save in there

To be honesty i have run over thousand time games on rx 570 on ultra or hight setting but it didn't goes over 120 Watts ,and Normally in gta 5 on ultra takes around 70 to 80 watts only .

My pc is 3-4 years old with all new upgraded components except Cooler master thunder 600W PSU. I’m facing a problem of pc boot up. Everytime I shutdown my pc & next morning I try to start my pc again, it does not boot up. I press the power button & after some times, like 3-4 hrs & sometimes 1 days, my pc boots up automatically. 🥺

This is your video which I don't agree. You have overused the word power consumption here. The Rx 570 under full load total system consumption is below 350 watts and for electric bills it will make a difference of only 300-500 rupees per year which doesn't matters as you also get more performance. Also Hardware Unboxed said it is the worst performer in cost per frame.
