I started this expecting a modern remake of the1935 version. A very pleasant surprise to see an entirely new story with Jack London's masterpiece intertwined .

What a wonderful family movie! The scenery was breathtaking and Magua from " Last of The Mohicans was in it!" Buck was a beautiful, intelligent wolf dog. I love it when humans respect the wild animals. When they can co-exist in peace it's a blessing from above.
1976 in boarding school at Plumtree. On the border of then Rhodesia and Botswana. I read the fabulous and incredible book Call of the Wild. It was mesmerizing and helped me immensely with coping with not being with my family and loved ones. It just did. ❤❤❤
OMG.I would love to go for holidays to this place and stay,rent a room in such a cosy house like this.With owner similar to Christopher Lloyd character.That would be amazing therapy for brain,body and soul.Sorry just started to wath the movie -but emotionally I'm alredy there,dreaming to be there

I truly enjoyed the fact how that little girl stops caring about materialistic and unimportant thing as the film reaches its end. How changing a place can change one's perspective and put more sense in the head. Truly amazing! The film wasn't so good, but there were definitely great lessons.

I had no clue what this movie was all about. I am glad that I watched it, it reminds me of my hybrid wolf dog I had. She was an awesome dog just like this dog is, they are beautiful wild animals and I do miss her. This movie teaches on who sees beyond that all wild animals cannot be pets and should be left that way, unfortunately they are not. Excellent movie.

We live right over on the other side of the Sapphires from Pburg. We brought home 3 part Wolf sled dogs a while ago. One had Eyes just like Jack. Ours lived out their lives in peace and luxury after 10 years sleeping in a Barrel. The life of sled dogs can be pretty difficult. Some Dog Handlers are better than others.
