This is a healer. She's knowledgeable, confident, respectful (asking if he's ok, asking if she can massage his head), and she means business! She's not there for show, no crazy gimmicks or treatments that make you cringe... she's there to heal and I absolutely love her for that.

So, these videos are awesome and relaxing. Victoria is wonderful, passionate about what she does, and easy to listen to. The fun thing about these videos is that I studied the Russian language about 20 years ago and got fairly okay with my ability to understand it and speak it. However, life happened (work, wife and kiddo) and I have unfortunately forgotten a lot of it. These videos are bringing it back! I probably remembered 10 Russian words from this video alone. I call it an added bonus!
The fluidity and tempo in her massage technique is awesome. Seems like she uses a lot of finger tip strength and super large yet controlled motion. Nice!

You are killing yourself with those rough adjustments. Stay with a massage, no bone adjusters. She is thorough, patient and seems strong in what she is doing. Great job on her part.
Bone adjustments can be beneficial when aided with massage therapy. Adjusting bones wrapped in stiff muscle is a bad idea yes, but carefully adjusting only when appropriate, combined with massage and stretching is the winning combo. And good food
I’d say it’s probably the barbers he visits who might do neck cracks. No shade because they look and sound amazing! But, if they are accidentally a bit heavy handed, (even trained people like chiropractors) it might push the muscle too much. Frequent cracking may make it more sore. I agree though - we don’t want anything bad to happen to you Timur!
@@benlichtman8033 there is no scientific evidence that chiropractic adjustments are useful at all, particularly for the upper back where you risk things like paralysis and stroke.

I always enjoy when the therapists add technique or general information while they do their work. I can relate to the use of cosmetic products and the skin reaction to them, it took me years to find creams and shampoos that don't make my skin itch, nor cause acne. If people have skin conditions, such as dermatitis or psoriasis, etc, it is always a good idea to ask a dermatologist on what cosmetic products to use, as some can even do damage.
She is so right about back massages! It has to involve neck and hands as well! Also acne in the back is not necessarily due to massages. My hubs had a big issue with that since being a teen and he had to take medication + use a cream to get rid of it! Check with your doctor if you have acne on your back.
I enjoyed this video entirely! She was very knowledgeable and i love when they explain the process and when they can explain the benefits too that’s a plus. I just know her hands were magic

This was the first video I've seen from your channel, but I love Victoria and her technique! Deep tissue massage is always my go-to when I get a massage and you can tell she really knows what she's doing, not all massage therapists are able to do (or good at) deep tissue. This was so relaxing to watch and her explanations of everything were very welcome, too, she has such a soothing voice and calming presence, would love to see more of Victoria in future videos!
