You Ghanaian vloggers work so hard to bring us content. Thanks
Thank you for having me Vanessa!💛💛
You've inspired me to own a land too,can you help me get in touch with the seller so i get one too
Plantain has a lot of water stored up in it, so it waters the coconut plants during the dry seasons. You can increase your coconut plant growth by just digging IRRIGATION TRENCHES between the lines. They store up water for your plants during the dry season
I fucks with the info 💪🏾‼️🗣
I have never seen an interracial kid who embraced both cultures of their parents, the same way as Maritia. Your parents did a good job raising you.
She can't speak a Ghanaian language, despite being fluent in Japanese.
And what language’s do you speak ? 🙄
@@nomahope3182 keep your Anger to yourself, she isn't the cause of your problems.
@@ekwejohnson6965 It's just an observation. I am not angry. I just wonder why most mixed race people from Africa don't speak African languages. She is a beautiful and intelligent young woman.
@@nomahope3182 because her father went to Japan ?!
“When you go, then make the calculation”😂😂😂. This one got me
asay ! 😂😂 that part weak me
I was laughing 😃 like killer ...bless him
😂😂😂😂
😂🤣
😂😂
The mans confidence in speaking English was amazing 🤩 😂😂he didn’t care of any errors
Hahaha 😁😅🤣
😅😅😅😅
Awww...
Lol
Good job ladies showing young women the wisdom of investing in your personal future by thinking prudently, what makes sense for your personal needs and how to use the "resources", that are available to you! Continue to be Abundantly Blessed!
Great investment. She would probably end up making the bulk of her money from the plantains - probably 6 times what she makes from the coconuts.
@Vanessa Kanbi I don't blame you for wearing the longest thickest wellies you can find, if snake bite you in a remote region you would be in a lot of trouble.
Marintia is very amazing, I'm still wondering how such a young girl could invest in farming at the age of 21. She is a genius!! ❤️❤️❤️
Marintia has access to Japan, The United States and possibly any other country in the world, yet decided to invest in her future in Ghana. Hope the youth in Ghana are watching and paying attention.
Her father is a wealthy hotel owner in ghana
@@nellsawere it's her father's farm...... That's how
@@diannacaldwell8814 did we watch the same video?
@@diannacaldwell8814 it’s not she bought the land herself
Marintia, pls make sure you personally visit the farm regularly. I'm not impressed with what I saw. I knew when you bought the land. At least there should be plantain to come home with. Monitor your investment, its a good one.
Its a great thing to be a business woman early in life
Wawww very interesting content. Congratulations Marintia. I’m a Cameroonian TH-camr here.
There are young people from wealthy homes like Marintia who weren’t encouraged by their parents to work and invest. This is a good example of how you should raise your children, after all what’s the point of spending thousands on their education? Unfortunately the children that weren’t encouraged typically end up depending on fleecing Government funds which should go to the people.
Ms.Vanessa, you cease to amaze me 🤩.Your material is so enriching. It feels as if we are all learning together at the same time. You have a rare gift for “teaching”.So so interesting. I am a retired teacher, and I would always ask my students what they learned today, just to hear their feedback. I would say, “raise your hand if you learned something today? Then,I would ask those who didn’t quit get it YET, if they are”still learning”. With your information you share, I can honestly say that both things are happening.
“I Learned,”and I am STILL learning!!👩🏽🏫 Keep doing what you’re doing.Thank you. Also,..loved your video on the retired gentlemen who lived in the Uk (30+yrs.)and came back to Ghana.Very wise man. My son and I are coming to visit Ghana for the first time July 5-15. We are So excited!!🙋🏾♀️🧔🏾♂️🇬🇭
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Vanessa is really funny. Marintia is already calculating her profits. Great initiative, awesome vlog.
Loooove to see my girls doing well 🤩
Wow! A young girl 21 years old, that is awesome to invest in Africa! Amazing!❤️🙏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭
Not to invest in Afrika. To invest HOME!
Love went the young 🌱 make the country great again from 🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾
😂😆 awesome video , felt like I was on a school trip again,I was dying of laughter about the boots and stick Vanessa , wish I was there to yell out snake 😂😂, very well done interview. You guys seem like you really enjoyed the moment . I did to as well. Thank you 🙏😃🇬🇭❤️ 🥂
She should grow crops like cassava and bananas ,plantains to or vegetables in between whilst waiting for them to mature
This was so fascinating! Great video!
Congratulations to her. It is better if she adds cocoa to the coconut on the same land. She can consult with the agriculture extension officer in the area for advice. I have lived that life, in the past, when I was working with the Ashanti Cocoa Project in Poano in the 1970s, and 1980s.
Whats your email? Can you guide me through starting a farm in Ghana?
Very nice. If you can, get at least one of each of Ackee and Breadfruit trees on your property, they can feed many people for years. A nursery for fruit trees for sale and your own use would be good and doesn't take much to start.
That was a Bailey Bridge. was installed by engineer troops for temporary river crossings. During WWII!
yes there are lots dotted across west africa
The fucked up shit is there’s been no improvements by the Africans since WW2. WTF!!! Maybe we need WW3
Vanessa and Marintia always deliver great content. ♥️
Nice to see both ,vanissa try her best to know Ghana well. Ghana loves you all keep going to some places to get more experience to get more.
congratulations, i love the investment. Yes TH-camrs have to do diversitation, all our "eggs should not be in one basket"
Am proud of you girls,to me the most important thing is owing a land at your age.
Marintia my girl keep inspiring us! Proud of you and more to come

So proud of you menhh, you putin such a hard work👍🙌🧡💛🧡🇬🇧🇧🇴
Vanessa we know that you were a lovely model & I see that you are an excellent advertisement actress too. Marintia I know what you can do so I'm not surprised, but I am happy for you & impressed young wise savvy business woman. Congratulations on this admirable initiative & much success. I Am passionate about coconut.🥥

The guy is funny..." When we go then we make calculations😑" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
ITS FUNNY
He's actually SMART😁
Lol
Informative episode and sharing the agrifarming investment opportunities in Ghana 🇬🇭 👌🏾
that is a very reasonable price for 2 acres of land. both parties had an excellent fair exchange and congratulation to you both. 🙂👶🍼
The man got me laughing when he said we later plant abɛ 😂😂😂. Marientia well done
Vanessa's Interviews and exploring are so cool. Marintia Eiko did such a great investment at such young age,She deserves all the best and all the sucess in her life.
Hi Vanessa!! Very nice. I am a subscriber to Marintia. She's sharp with her channel and regarding her land? Smart, very smart. That is stock for successful international trade!! She's going to become very very wealthy financially soon. Anyone involved in trade becomes millionaires. She's in her way. Very very nice. Please keep coming out with more vlogs!!
She has a very wealthy dad and that helps.
I expected irrigation ditches to keep the plants well watered.
Also, in the first 5 years there is a lot of maintenance related to weeding, fertilizing, etc.
Coconut juice is in a high demand in the west.....so that is a good investment in terms of dollar 💵
Vanessa in the farm today. I think that was great. Keep it up
Thank you girls for sharing. Long term Investment is the anchor key .Take good care
You can sell the plantain aswell. Extra cash money
I'm so happy we need strong women especially Ghanian women..I personally know without the guidance of my own mother who being mixed blooded Ghanian Infante born..I would never have known who I was..and why I experienced what I experienced..It's like she knew out of all her children since I have an older brother and sister..I was the one ancestrally this would fall on..it gave me the strength..She still does..much love to you both..always..I won't say I will return home and have a thousand or million acres or more land....When I next visit my home town of Obuasi and Ghana..Even this is too arrogant for someone like myself ..This is a time of celebration one we must for Marentia.and something we must all be proud of as Ghanians..I know at her age I was/could never be this industrious..FACT!.Much love and God bless always to you both..I really connect to both your channels..maybe because of my mother.thank you...❤️
Thanks!
Thank you really appreciate this!
Girl,you do all! that's really amazing,you win the life🌴🌴🌴
I wish you touched more on how she was able to acquire the land and how an individual would go about it if they wanted to. It's not so transparent for the average Ghanaian without "links"
Congratulations that is a good investment! Good luck with everything🥰🥰🥰
IT'S ALWAYS A PLESURE&PLEASANT WATCHING UR VLOGS. INFORMATIVE, INTERESTING,NEVER BORING 💯💥
Hi there, I really like what you are doing there. Farming I myself I have farms in Ghana, but now live in USA. I will move to Ghana soon or later to take care of my farms. Keep the good work. Nana Gyeabour Asante.
This is awesome! There are so many investment opportunities in Ghana. Love my homeland and can't wait to move back there with my husband one day 👏❤️❤️❤️👏
I can't wait on this ,this is so amazing such gal at 21 yrs to invest in cocoa watching from Uganda
U guy's are dope 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭 welcome to my hometown Winneba
Nothing unusual. Its just life living in the country side vs the Urban area. But farmers live in the country side. Great content. Proud of you young lady.
"when you go make calculations" 🤣🤣🤣🤣. That's the killer line 😂🤣
"akpeteshi, the drink that they don't do advert but get market more than any drink in the whole world" ... This part weak me😂... The thing strong pass vodka I promise you comrades 😂😂😂
Love you both...keep up the good work ..Also very proud of you guys
My girl just mentioned Stocks and Forex....that was low key but probably the must important part of this video.
Wise move for a 21yr old! Water and food! Do not forget breadfruit, it feeds many!
That's a smart investment.all the best
This was great to see. Vanessa with the stick was hilarious- like what were you really going to do with it. Lollololol
Awesome 👏...so encouraging
Definitely shows so much opportunities in Ghana.
Watching the great content from Kenya 🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪
Quite interesting Vanessa, you provide great information and appear to be trustworthy as well. Thanks for sharing ✨✨✨
Very smart young Sista' to make investments at an early age.💜✨
Awesome interview Vanessa, it definitely gives some perspective on the areas of investing in Africa. Is it possible going forward you could ask the sale price the government buys from the farmers and also what is the market price on coconut? Thanks. Cheers!
Have you tried Astril ? 😅. Venessa , try to get the land sprayed- pesticide abs try as well to secure the lane if you bought it . But if it’s ( rented ), well then go with the flow .
Congratulations love and watching from Uganda but I am Congolese
Very cool what a unique investment!
Plantain also helps Coffee trees to grow. coffee tree need shed and Plantain provide that.
My two favorite TH-cam ladies
Ah Vanessa, you can tell you are British, never been to a farm before? All the food in tesco and asda must comes from the sky somewhere as far as you're concerned....😂😂Well done to her, very inspiring, l believe her action would inspire young Ghanaians and Africans to return, embrace farming again...l love coconuts and sweet corn, plantain, avocado, cocoyam very healthy foods. Cheers.
Lol I’ve been to many farms doesn’t mean the snakes arnt gonna be there…
@@VanessaKanbi, 😂😂😂🙏
Great stuff awesome girl keep up the great work love and respect to you
I will advise you on which coconut to choose to plant on your plantation as I am from a country in the Pacific region where coconuts are planted on large scale. Don't see that the coconut bears plenty of fruit and u want to get the seedlings from that coconut. I advise u don't, because when coconuts are planted and are close to each other the bees make cross-pollination. could be the case that the cross-pollination is from a coconut that does not bear many nuts to a coconut that bears heavy. you might think at first that it will later bear a lot like from where u get the seedlings from. at some point, it can bear plenty but if there are possibilities cross-pollination can destroy the breed. so I advise if u want to get the seedlings, get them from the coconut that stands alone and bears heavily, where there is a possibility of no cross-pollination to destroy the breed
Wode Maya started from a village like this.
Very good investment though ❤️
Hahahhahaha Vanessa is clearly a city girl, the way she had methods to scare snakes 🐍😂
Vanessa, can you please give a drone shot of these farms the next time time you visit

Farmer Vanessa asks….Can you just plant them and leave? Sounds like farming is not Vanessa’s forte😊
