    Hey Jordan. You are by far one of my favourite trainers. There seems no ego there but soooo much knowledge. Much much love man.

    When should one do this stretching? Before the body part is hit or post work out?

    • @beardedtyke
      @beardedtyke 5 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Always directly after you've trained that body part. Never before.

    Should you do the stretches right after a set, or take rest and then do them.

    You should perform regular cardio Jordan even during an off-season. Elasticity of the blood vessels will suffer greatly if you do not do cardio, also you’ll be able to push harder per sets and your breathing won’t be so heavy. Never understood why huge bodybuilders don’t do cardio as they grow, it’s not hard to add the necessary calories.

      He’s massive... breathing isn’t gonna be easy no matter what

    • @tomekk1337
      @tomekk1337 6 ปีที่แล้ว +14

      Seems like heavy breathing and sleep apnea is directly related with having high BMI, no matter wether it's muscle tissue or bodyfat being in excess. Body's struggling to dispose needed oxygen in such a massive body

    • @SamGeorgeRowe
      @SamGeorgeRowe 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Evan Myers yes I understand that, however there’s huge room for improvement, which is what I made the comment for

    • @SamGeorgeRowe
      @SamGeorgeRowe 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Tomek Pilarz cardio conditions the bodies ability and efficiency to deliver oxygen to all tissues in the body. By increasing cardiovascular ability, breathing won’t be so heavy

    Is there a stretch for the back?

    • @sniffingdogartofficial7257
      @sniffingdogartofficial7257 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yup, hang from the bar or use a seated cable row.
      Like, sit in a position where the weight is pulling you forward and just let it stretch your lats. Really easy to do and grip strength is way less of a factor.

    • @chopzmasta07

      It would, I suggest gently massaging/rolling out the area first then gently stretch. But first thing you should do is see a physical therapist
