WOW nice catches Austin! And welcome to my former stomping grounds!! Where you originally were in Mount TABOR was around 3 miles from where I used to live in PARSIPPANY! And where you were is considered to be in Morris Township. And the biking/ walking path that parallel the MORRISTOWN LINE was once part of the Morris COUNTY Traction SYSTEM! Yes. At onetime TROLLEYS and LACKAWANNA passenger action could have been seen there until during the 1930s! That area roughly a 1/2 mile from Convent STATION is one of the true railfan Hot Spots along the MORRISTOWN LINE! Another amazing location is Denville Jct! Especially during the rush hour! And there's places along the BOONTON LINE like the first grade CROSSING just west of Lincoln Park station! Plenty of parking as theirs a Shop Rite right near the tracks! And the first grade CROSSING just East of BOONTON divides Montville and BOONTON! That's ANOTHER great place to watch diesel powered COMMUTER TRAIN'S! So I hope this will help you when railfanning my old stomping grounds!! Enjoyed the video an awful lot! Thanks for bringing back some very pleasant recent memories!! My friend Ray and I ( the one who passed away a year ago this month) would frequent these areas! Oh and DOVER is another great place to watch RAIL activity! As that's where the electrified territory ends! And many diesels continue west to either Port Morris. Or Hackettstown!
Nice work Austin, I don’t know if it’s just me or is the K5LA horns sound like there hybrid versions, or are they fouled? Great job again Austin hope you have a good night and Happy Easter 🐣😊❤️🌙👍🏻👍🏻
Steven Taylor - The 1st station is only a single platform. For the eastbound trains they do bring out a step stool for you cuz the platform is on the opposite track. As for the 2nd location, I’m a mile from the station. Also its pretty clear I’m in NJ. It is “New Jersey Transit” after all
At 0:31, it should say 9 Bilevels. At 2:26, it should say 8 Bilevels. At 3:21, it should say 10 Bilevels. At 3:56, it should say 8 Bilevels. At 4:21, it should say 9 Bilevels. At 6:01, it should say 10 Bilevels. At 7:15, it should say 9 Bilevels. At 8:40, it should say 8 Bilevels.
I counted the Bilevel coaches separate from the cab cars. Nothing wrong with that. Technically at 0:31, there are 8 Bilevel COACHES and a Bilevel Cabcar.
Wow that’s awsome bud your the best at these things! 😃

This is New Jersey

None of these K5LAs are sick they're just restricted
0:56 i think thats the ALP-46 horn for terminal railways
no, its actually not but it sounds like it. It probably came from a alp45
4632 is an ALP46A
Nice video!
Hi
can I use some of the horns in your video for the TS?
Sure, I don’t mind
That e bell sounds weird at 1:37

Fouled and squeaky horns in the case of the ALP-46A’s
Nice
Is this line only passenger trains only?
I believe so. Although I’ve seen the Morristown and Erie running freight on it in other videos...
I do presume Stanley Baker but then I would n t rightly know either I am not from there nor have I ever been there
1:37 that’s some e bell
Like train
I don't like the fact that NJT restricted their K5LAs though. Nice video though!
NJT is actually working on unrestricting most of their K5LAs now.
It’s Multilevel not Bilevel
Where is the station ( platform ) or do they just put a step out so you can jump in LOL and you are a PA boy don't be hanging out in NJ young man LOL
