I wanted the Cowboys to trade Dak (yes, I know Dak has to sign off on it), Lamb, and Parsons. They can’t afford to pay all of them, as they’d have to spend 45%. - 50% of their cap space to do so. If they did, they would have to gut every other position group. It’s obvious they are headed for a rebuild. They could have at least got a pile of picks for them.

I think the thing Dallas aka Jones's are looking at is Lamb playoff games & his attitude when it's not going right for him. The evaluation is on everything not just regular season & that's what's holding Dallas back same is applying for Dak. I tend to agree. I think the Joneses may also be done paying guys for regular season performance as well. Let people earn big contracts with playoff play, otherwise try to keep guys on rookie deals. I’ve noticed that since Stephen took over Player/Personnel - Contracts, we’ve really screwed up paying our players what they’ve earned. When Jerry was doing contracts, we were usually early resigning players. And Jerry used to pay them Top $ but Stephanie wants to “win” the Offseason. But he’s just sitting and watching players get resigned while ours HOLDOUT; they obviously don’t remember Emmitt holding out in 1993, I believe.

I agree 100% to pay CD, but I feel like players are disrespecting their teams and fans by doing a holdout while still under a current contract, people in every day life don’t leave work and stay home because you should be getting paid more, you get fired for that.
