I love how you're a girl in a modern world living this almost "old world" life. You're getting married so young and moving out of your parent's to a marital home. These are my favorite kinds of videos that you make. I love your morning routines. I wish there were more of them! Can you do a what i eat in a WEEK video, but in this style rather than a vlog? It's always amazing to see the healthy things you eat and how to prepare them, but a day goes by so quick!

Hi! I just started watching your videos and I really love how your incorporate self-love messages. I've been doing barre3 classes for the past 2 years and I'm loving it! However, as a public school teacher and graduate student, I'm struggling to stay healthy. Embarassingly, this past semester/trimester, I've allowed my job to take over ALL aspects of my life. As a recent transplant from CA to WA in a high poverty school, I'm trying so hard to be there for my students. I stretched myself so thin that when I finally went to a barre3 class after two weeks, I fainted right there on the spot. I was only eating 1 meal a day, drinking maybe a bottle of water, and snacking unhealthily due to pure exhaustion and lack of time to make food/grocery shop! My intentions this new year (starting now actually) is to put my body and health first. The first thing I want to change is drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day. However as a teacher, it's hard to do when you're teaching all day. Any suggestions besides wearing a camel back or strapping a water bottle to my body like a purse?
