I love suramar vibe, but it was the worst questing experience as a feral druid. I was seen by every fuckign mob, you couldnt fly, you couldnt skip mobs and had to kill everything on the way everytime ypu had to go somewhere. Massiv waste of time.
For the balance of power quest chain I’ve experienced that you need several resets to get the chain done. There are two quests for Emerald Nightmare and Nighthold where you collect 20 doodads from bosses but the drop rate isn’t great and you can only collect the doodads from one run (no switching difficulties to get more). From what I’ve read on Wowhead as well as my personal experience it takes 2-3 resets to collect all 20 doodads for the quest but maybe I’m just really unlucky.
Boy I remember doing the old Lucid Nightmare pen and paper bs with the shadowy pandaren maze. I loved it but drove me crazy due to me DC'ing so much and every time I had to do the same thing again and again hoping to reach it before it went poof again.. Good times
4:02 I wanted to do the class order halls for the mounts, but I honestly cannot get over stuff being gated behind the war tables. I hate that concept so much. It’s such a lazy and unnecessary part of the game. It’s literally “do not interact with the game, just wait” and that’s a terrible thing to have. I would much rather be at the mercy of RNG drops than be gated behind arbitrary hour long missions that I don’t even get to participate in.
I have a Lightforged Draenai DK who keeps Uuna out at all times. I really hoped she'd react in Shadowlands, but nothing.. And her parents weren't there. I tried the new-old naxx/scholo stuff too, but nothing. And all over the Dragon Isles, but nothing. I hope one day when we go to the Light realms, Uuna can reunite with her family again.
I did not know most of this stuff was in the game - I loved Horrific Visions, I thought it went away. Blizz really needs to create a way to highlight content like this to all players.
I wish they'd apply horrific vision difficulty and rewards to the outdoor world. Let outdoor player's progression be based around opting into more difficult combat for better rewards instead of needing groups by default.
I love what info you give in this video. It's exactly what I was looking for and the other videos didn't have it. I would have wanted more info on where to start all of the things mentioned
I've started leveling hardcore on retail, its genuanly fun leveling with no help heirlooms and to respekt your charrakters one life. With one life you respekt caves, elites, and even horde/alliance guards. Blizz could activate a ton of players and zones by giving us an achivement and tmogs from compleeting the story from 1-70.
You can still do them, no problem. I do them once a week for the mounts. Garrison NPCs have your character's level so if you do it on your level 70 toon, NPCs are also lvl 70 and kill the enemy mobs with ease.
You can also start farming Nyalotha nhc and hc (except endboss on this mode) with a decently geared lvl70. Done in 30-40 minutes. Legacy loot is active. The other BFA raids still have to-be-adjusted mechanics. But so far you can clear 6/8 Uldir, 3-4/9 BDA, Crucible and Eternal palace 5/8 on nhc and hc, plus a lot of those bosses also on mythic.
Legion had some of the best questing and storytelling in WoW's history. It's just a shame that so much of that awesomeness got overshadowed by the crappy expansion mechanics at the time. Horrific Visions is fun to do if for no other reason you get the leggo cloak which is actually useful in Timewalking for folks who don't have the MoP cloaks. Plus it let's you easily level up and unlock Essences for the HoA (which also works in Timewalking). Also on the topic of Timewalking. Go get Thunderfury, Shadowmourne, Dragonwrath and Vala'nyr. Blizz FINALLY un-nerfed them and brought their iLevel up to the point where they are pretty much BiS for Timewalking and obviously fun AF to use.

This was repeated in BfA * No diversity of weapons due to being locked into your spec's artifact * 24/7 Legendary roulette * the tiered crafting recipe system which continued into BfA * etc, etc etc The questlines and storytelling were S+ Tier. But they kept being dragged down by those poorly executed mechanics. Especially before the patches. And the patches really only helped reduce the negative aspects of the mechanics. They didn't fully fix the problems with them.
Is the "balance of power" account-wide unlock for all weapons or just the weapon for the character that did it? Like if i do it on my hunter main, does it unlock paladin weapon account wide? Or only a bow/gun account wide
Class order halls still having multiple multi-hour timegates makes them not an enjoyable experience to go through. Edit: Not as enjoyable to through as they otherwise could be if Blizzard properly adjusted them to just be a long enjoyable narrative experience.
I myself have been trying to go for them transmogable legendaries, Sulfuras, Thunderfury, Dragonwrath. I'm at the branch of nordrassil for Dragonwrath, and got my left half of Thunderaans prison😤
I got the feat of strength last year for completing all of the legion class quests on every single class and I got all of the class mounts on every single quest
i think time rifts would have been more fun if they had made the content and activities more varried, and then just made it run 24/7 with propper rifts opening every hour or when the rift meter was filled

Honestly they need to scale up all the raids to like normal or heroic and let people earn stuff from them. Probably no trinkets but everything else. Not everything has to yo have a reward attached to it. You can play it for the sake if playing it. I would love to do like antorus but at appropriate difficulty.
the addon for the lucid was a lifesaver for anybody trying to not spend a week doing it lol i prefer the stringy tangle game personally. that ones more fun.

I also find while a lot of these features are great, so many I have unlocked on characters not played in years (order hall, Suramar chain, etc.) that I doubt I can do any of it on my current characters without repeating the entire line, but I don't know for sure. Figuring out how to access certain pieces of content can be so incredibly confusing and redundant sometimes.
I hope to god they never level scale horrific visions. That shit made me burn out so bad and I'll curse Blizzard if I ever have to go back in for more rewards.
I agree I think there is a difference between bored and burnt out. Bored meaning I want to play WoW but there is nothing driving me to play it. Burnt out meaning I’m going to quit for a few months.
@@FalloutFM by playing another game does not means to stop playing wow, is just a break to dont get burned out, i play WoW since 2012 and once i do my goal in WoW i take a break, the problem is that is almost impossible to get a strong group that stick with you in everything on WoW, without a group you cant progress, so that why most of them get burned out
Yup. Took me a lot of time to accept this but yeah, playing other games as little “breaks” in wow content feels good sometimes. For example At the moment im having a blast discovering Elden Ring and i will play Baldur’s Gate III to the fullest when it releases next week !
around 13 minutes in you say you need maruuk and valdrakken renown for story questlines, why did you leave out the dragonscale? they have the highest renown requirement for a story questline in the game
Bored? I only just came back to the game a few days ago, after several months off. Having a blast with just doing some of the new 10.1 campaign, some side quests, and M+ right now.
Why would you stop playing if you're bored in WoW? If you were bored OF WoW i could understand that but if you're just bored in WoW you just find something interesting to do in WoW.
So much to do.: And im here struggling to do ALL of the things i have on my 25 alts. Like timewalking right now.. The normal bits of gear. That can also unlock heroic mode apearence when upgrade to 5/8. But also time rifts for the stuff i dont have yet.. AND the naxx farm for the boss tokens. Not enough time to even do lfr..World quests.Old raid farming and stuff.
Loremaster has been on my to-do list since achievements came out but I can never settle on a character long enough to do it. I had planned on doing it on Evoker but they just didn’t catch my fancy

Is the 300 mount achievement (Lord of the Reins) hard to get? I kind of like the appearance of the Cloud Serpent reward for it.I currently have around 150 mount,so lot of left to do...
I was so hyped to play and clear the new mega-dungeon, but the minute I learned it was locked to mythic, I immediately lost interest in playing WoW entirely since I'd pretty much did everything I wanted to do on Evoker. I did dabble in doing the new Naxx and Scholo stuff, but got tired of romping through them real quick. WoW still barely has anything interesting that I'd want to do outside of soloing old raids/dungeons for transmog and mounts, despite literally 5+ year gap since I'd last played.
I mean the main endgame attractions are the current raid tier, M+ season, PVP, and the mega dungeon. If all of those don’t interest you, then WoW is probably not for you?
it's been realy easy to gear up, mages finaly got realy fun to play on mythic i realy wish we could have some solo grind gameplay that is a challenge like m+ or mythic raids, i'm realy copium on the new mage tower on 10.1.7, i'm a new wow player, started at the end of shadowlands, so i didn't saw the mage tower in time to say if it was realy good and when i came in thorghasts where a pain in the ass even on late shadowlands because u NEEDED to do them, i mean, a closed circle content for single player should be good, single player dungeons or something like that i dont know, df was beeing a great experience, for me (a new player) and for my old ass friends, i hope the game can get good with time.
What do you mean pen and paper, or an addon? I did it the only real way… brute force whilst Watching youtube. Thats right. I randomly ran around for about 1.5 hours, with no clue what to do. And simply brute forced it.
Let me summarize this video for everyone: transmog farming do THIS instead if you are bored in wow. take a break, play another game. If WoW is boring for you, stop playing it
at that point it becomes a job you hate. Like Men getting stuck on a woman that does nothing for him when there are many other women who would want to be with him. Or a gamer getting stuck on a game when having a GIANT backlog of games.
That's for when you actually feel bored of playing WoW in general. This is more for when you would like to continue playing WoW but you no longer have more to do in the current patch.
I have not nearly stopped playing because I’m bored. The chaos of world content has no appeal. The brokenness of DPS and other roles inhibits group activities. I want to enjoy the game but Blizzard needs to simplify the roles.
Look here is my biggest gripe with WoW the progression is the same no matter what. Level, gear, collect mount or cosmetics there is not thing to move forward with I wish they would add a legion like progression to the crafting system that lets you craft your own legendary weapon of sorts that you can level every expansion nothing to great maybe even add items that can cause legendary effects. Stuff that can be used for PVE only that wont be over powered but make a character standout. For me my wow experience is a carbon copy of everyone else. We need the RPG back in MMORPG's. I wish they would put things in the game one person can get no one else can. Be it item weapon mount cosmetic whatever. WoW need to aww players again. I want to see someone and go Yo he has the legendary durandal that shit is stupid rare make infamous experience. create a small asset team that dose nothing but make the rarest item in game, and that legendary crafting system.
Nope . It’s just there isn’t a brainless unneeded grind that makes u feel hooked to the game for nothing . This is what we asked for and it’s best healthiest option . You can go tmog farming or do other content or play other games without feeling like you’re falling behind

Unlocking all the allied races and heritage armor sets is maybe more obvious but also a good one
I cant believe blizzard has not been able to recapture the magic of Suramar. It was amazing endgame content and nothing has been as good since

I love how big the open world is in this game. So much to explore. I love wandering and finding stuff in these kind of games.

Account wide. Did it on shaman and got 3/4 of the appearances for it on all toons
I tried to start the deaths of chromie quest but i got stuck at the beginning and it was really confusing how to progress so i gave up

i really wish they could continue with draenor garrisons,i'm still using them daily and i love them.

it's been realy easy to gear up, mages finaly got realy fun to play on mythic i realy wish we could have some solo grind gameplay that is a challenge like m+ or mythic raids, i'm realy copium on the new mage tower on 10.1.7, i'm a new wow player, started at the end of shadowlands, so i didn't saw the mage tower in time to say if it was realy good and when i came in thorghasts where a pain in the ass even on late shadowlands because u NEEDED to do them, i mean, a closed circle content for single player should be good, single player dungeons or something like that i dont know, df was beeing a great experience, for me (a new player) and for my old ass friends, i hope the game can get good with time.

What do you mean pen and paper, or an addon? I did it the only real way… brute force whilst Watching youtube. Thats right. I randomly ran around for about 1.5 hours, with no clue what to do. And simply brute forced it.

at that point it becomes a job you hate. Like Men getting stuck on a woman that does nothing for him when there are many other women who would want to be with him. Or a gamer getting stuck on a game when having a GIANT backlog of games.
That's for when you actually feel bored of playing WoW in general. This is more for when you would like to continue playing WoW but you no longer have more to do in the current patch.
I have not nearly stopped playing because I’m bored. The chaos of world content has no appeal. The brokenness of DPS and other roles inhibits group activities.
I want to enjoy the game but Blizzard needs to simplify the roles.

Look here is my biggest gripe with WoW the progression is the same no matter what. Level, gear, collect mount or cosmetics there is not thing to move forward with I wish they would add a legion like progression to the crafting system that lets you craft your own legendary weapon of sorts that you can level every expansion nothing to great maybe even add items that can cause legendary effects. Stuff that can be used for PVE only that wont be over powered but make a character standout. For me my wow experience is a carbon copy of everyone else. We need the RPG back in MMORPG's. I wish they would put things in the game one person can get no one else can. Be it item weapon mount cosmetic whatever. WoW need to aww players again. I want to see someone and go Yo he has the legendary durandal that shit is stupid rare make infamous experience. create a small asset team that dose nothing but make the rarest item in game, and that legendary crafting system.

Nope . It’s just there isn’t a brainless unneeded grind that makes u feel hooked to the game for nothing . This is what we asked for and it’s best healthiest option . You can go tmog farming or do other content or play other games without feeling like you’re falling behind
