Ikara Flinders Ranges in our 2WD Sprinter 🚐 | VAN LIFE Australia

Ikara - Flinders Ranges was an absolute TREAT, and we're excited to finally be able to share it with you. This national park boasts some unreal picturesque locations that will blow your mind. The drive is very slow going if you're in a long-wheel base vehicle like us with only 2WD, but well worth the trip.
The walks we completed were: Yuluna hike (+ Heysen trail lookout), Bunyeroo Gorge Geological trail, Mount Ohlssen Bagge hike, Boom & Bust hike, and the Living with Land walk. Each hike is its own unique journey with different things to see and learn. There are many beautiful lookouts to choose from, but our favourite by far was the Razorback Lookout on the north side of the park.
We stayed 2 nights at the Acraman campground at the north side of the park ($25pn inc park pass), and 2 nights at the Wilpena Caravan Park ($25pn exc park pass).
