This career progression is going to change according to restructuring of administration as subdivisions will be changed to Sub districts headed by ADCs. Most likely SDO post will be phased out. Progression into ADC will be faster. All the officiating SDOs will be promoted to ADC from oct 2nd. Some of the SDOs are in thier 5th year. So if they are promoted to ADC immediately then it'll be after 5 -6 years that'll be needed for a newly joined ACS officer to become ADC. And maybe less than 12yrs to be DC. Maybe. You should make a new video on career progression based on the restructured administrative model.
