We are on Jackson Square. Just came out to walk around, get a few things at Rouses on Royal, and see what's what. Noticed a few intrepid tourists..Carriage mules safe in the stable during this weather..Most stores closed...and a quiet, anticipation kind of vibe. Hubby was here for Katrina 2005. And we were both here for Ida. So this is not a thing, but we are still staying alert. Be safe, all....
