3:29 I totally agree with you. Many issiues will a rise. First ego will kick in with humans second if the unit is rented out the landlord will not bother to pay since they don't live there. Sadly they don't understand that a building which is not unkept the value goes down. My suggestion is it should be part of the sale and purchase agreement a certain amount should be paid towards building maintenance. Please explain what covers the monthly maintenance every month?
