Good video but I disagree with your list. I think if I were to rank the kings on current information it would look like this: 1. KOS (Obviously) 2. Seongji (able to beat two opponents who showed some level of relativity to Choi) 3. Jichang (subject to change) 4. Incheon King (3rd largest city in Korea so there's no way he'll be weak) 5. Gongseop (King of the 4th largest city and has a move that can even threaten top tiers) 5. Taesoo (one of the stronger kings and I personally believe he is the strongest of the non-major city kings) 6. Seokdu (same reasoning you provided) 7. Pyeongtaek King (same reasoning) 8. Seongnam King (bum) 9. Former Chungcheong King (probably got no diffed by Jichang) Busan and Incheon Kings might honestly go higher than Jichang due to the nature of powercliffing in the series plus James only saying that Jichang is one of the strongest and not definitively the strongest.
Considering seonji mopped the Kojima brothers, and the same brothers can fight 16 year+ gun and elite(he’s not in his prime and not really trying because he was trying to strike a deal) bit still. And jinchang got destroyed by an older elite who isn’t really trying much. It’s safe to say seonji is the strongest king after king of soeul, And the narrative for elite is even higher now since we know he’s the second strongest of the fist gang, second to gapryong. Gun and goo is strong but elite and characters similar to that is on another level

He straight up ignored him and did not even cared that James was talking down on him, we know that if JiChang was in the right mind he wouldn’t have allowed James to talk down too him! A time after time we are told that Jake’s brother would have never allowed someone like James to control him let alone loose to him! So we can’t even say measure them to each other. The only thing we have is that all three fought pre generation bosses who were out of their prime and even than they all struggled! My opinion is that JIChang out classes Jake’s brother and James Lee due to having faced one of the 0 Gen Commanders who was Elite. Mean while James needed an entire gang of Gapryoung and his oldest son to barely defeat him and even than they all either went into hiding, left the country entirely or hide behind Charles Choi! Don’t forget this was a far older Garpyoung out of his prime and was out of shape!
