Oh my goodness!!! I remember Jake and then Yo-yo getting his bath in the tub and Auntie Sam crying, “We can’t send him back” and Luke saying, “that’s what happened with Jakey boy!!!” Sweet Jake just settled right into the lap and heart of his new owner!!! What a beautiful video. 🥰
What a beautiful boy he is The video shows what a sweet loving ❤️ 😍 boy he is. So pleased he is, just a loving boy he loves to please 🙏🏼 ❤️ you & enjoys company.
OMG, Luke and Sam...and Ben, too...what a beautiful boy, a beautiful story, and so grateful for him and all he helped start. Tearing up all the way through.
When Sam and Luke decided to foster Chopper and Tank, I wondered if part of that was they were reminded of Jake. He had been in the shelter so heart-breakingly long. Luke and Jason worked intensively with him and Sam gave him love and acceptance. A lovely lady came forward. She took her role as Jake's human companion and guide seriously. They formed a bond and set out on adventures together. For the brothers, a few weeks of socialisation, some guidance, along with all the healthy happy experiences on the farm and they will be ready for their own dedicated families. Hopefully, never homeless in a shelter again.
Love Jake's story. When one door closes another door opens. He has found his forever home. Luke has found another direction working with the shelter dogs. Luke's hard work gives the shelter dogs a chance of being adopted. God Bless you Luke for your love for these dogs.
Beautiful Jake. I had the privilege of my English bull terrier for 14 years. They are just the most amazing of dogs. Thank you for all that you did for Jake ❤️
EBTs are mighty special. I knew one in a family with a blind/developmentally disabled child. The dog was kind of just handed down after my friend's dad died who owned the pup. Then, once in the home, she gravitated to the little boy and looked after him constantly, giving him companionship and even the will to play. The dog outlived the very ill child, and she truly grieved for him. It was their first doggo and tho she was utterly adored, I'm not sure they know what a rare gold mine they had. Seeing this video made my heart flutter thinking of Julia - yes, wasn't that an odd name for an enormous white EBT? ☺️🐾🙏💕 Until we see our angels across that Bridge... Peace.
@@mortalclown3812 awwww...that's sad about the poor little boy but beautiful that the English Bull Terrier Julia loved him so much. Lol yes a strange name indeed, but I'm sure it fit her perfectly ❤️
Tears of joy! Yay Jake. Luke and team you rock. When Luke said he wasn’t leaving him at the shelter👏👏👏. My heart was filled. This is the most beautiful story of transformation! Every day you make me happy. Gratitude❤️🐾
Aww, seeing that new old footage really explains even more how Jake led you onto your new path. What a sweet boy! ☺️ And Yoyo with his babyface still! 🥰
You can't change the world, but you can change the world for a shelter dog by adopting him/her. Great job all of you and Good Luck Jake in your new forever home! ❤️❤️
So lovely to see the full story of Jake. What a wonderful dog that had such a rough start to life. To be given up at 6 months old and spent so long in a shelter is just awful. But the day Luke came to the shelter and saw the diamond under that fur truly changed that dogs life and so many since. I raise a smile every time a new dog enters the farm. And their life journey takes a turn for the better. I know Jake was the start. And his journey has marked the path for all the dogs since. To Luke Sam the kids Jason Dillian and every member of the team, every time you open your eyes in the morning, put on your hats and walking boots and track outside to help these dogs is a blessing. You are all saving lives every day. And your videos hit the hearts of so many around the world. So from me a 50 year old from the UK who avidly awaits any video to drop. Thank you on behalf of the dogs you are saving, from the thousands of people who smile, laugh and sometimes cry along with your videos, Bless you all 🐾❤️🐾

Jake was just pure love. That part where he laid in your arms on the ride back to the Farm brought the tears for me. You could see how special those dogs were. I remember the video of Auntie Sam crying because she couldn't bear to see, I think it was Yoyo, going back the shelter. I do understand that this takes an emotional toll on you not just because of the bonds that you make but that you don't want these dogs to feel that YOU have betrayed them in any way. The thing that impresses me more than the dogs, your dedication and love you give these pups. May God bless you and your family, the world needs more folks like you...
So great to see Jake again, and Yo-yo such beautiful dog’s, if I had known then that I would lose my boy so soon months after this I would have jumped on Jake or Yo-yo straight away, but instead I got to rescue another boy, who had lived in the outback never had a bed covered in scar’s and emotional wounds, he is either 6, 7 or 8 years old, but I don’t care, he is a Kelpie X he looks like he has some Dingo in him. He has 3 dog beds, and sleeps on my bed with me and comes to work with me every day, apart from tearing into a bag on Tuesday and eating the food my client had bought, he is still learning that he gets fed every day, and me telling him off doesn’t mean I’m going to hit him, thankfully my client just laughed and I replaced the food and cool bag. He enjoyed his food coma on the 3hr drive home. Still I love him and it’s up to me to teach him what is ok and what isn’t, but difficult when they have been starved before, we are only 3 months into our relationship so we will get there. Teach them with love, but boundaries and too. He loves his life in the bush with me and I love him.
Irresistible Jake. 💓 Beautiful all the way through. And Uncle Yo, too, in his cameo appearances.🖤Thank you, thank you! And thanks to Ben, too, for the lovely stories you bring us! Love from Ottawa.❤
A beautiful biography of Jake. Though a sad start..being dumped at 6 months old, has a happy ending story.. Thank you Luke, Sam and Jake's mum for giving this happy delightful boy the life he deserves. 💙
Goosebumps. I literally have goosebumps remembering Jake and how he was so eager to please! I can only imagine the imprint he left on you, Luke and Sam. I'm so glad he is living his best life now 💚 because of The Farm! ❤️💕🥰

I love these videos. Seeing a dog get a forever home that is going to look after them is the best ever. But i have to admit i did think you were going to keep him. And i laughed when Luke bought him back home again. Its just the exact same thing that happened with Yoyo and he got a forever home too.

❤️Love❤️
A beautiful biography of Jake. Though a sad start..being dumped at 6 months old, has a happy ending story.. Thank you Luke, Sam and Jake's mum for giving this happy delightful boy the life he deserves. 💙
I was in tears, watching Jake's Day Out at the Farm. I am very glad that he found his furever home. Woo-hoo! 🥳🏡 🍖
Goosebumps. I literally have goosebumps remembering Jake and how he was so eager to please! I can only imagine the imprint he left on you, Luke and Sam. I'm so glad he is living his best life now 💚 because of The Farm! ❤️💕🥰

Jake was so beautiful!. So glad he is in the best of places. Who could not adore him.
I hope these videos get the views they deserve and hope that they make a lasting impression on everyone who watches them. You guys have the biggest hearts and the work you are doing to rehabilitate these beautiful dogs is so important. Such a beautiful boy Jake!
AWESOMENESS!!! God Bless you all at The Farm!!! Your big hearts are the reason WHY dogs like Jake, YoYo, Freddo and so many more, actually HAVE lives to live in their furrever homes! I cannot express how much I love you people and what you do! Thank you! 🚜 🙏 💕 🐾

OF COURSE YOU TOOK HIM HOME!!😊💛
I live in California, but if I lived over there I would have taken Jake in a heartbeat. I was sad to see him go too, but glad he found a good home. ❤❤

Thank you for saving him!!!! And your kind hearts. 🐾❤️
Loved seeing the full story! Jake has the privilege of being the inspiration for your true calling. That makes him extra-special, indeed! 🐾
This was so beautiful I’m crying. Happy for Jack.
Thank you Jake for setting all of this in motion!
Just wonderful!!!
I love these videos. Seeing a dog get a forever home that is going to look after them is the best ever. But i have to admit i did think you were going to keep him. And i laughed when Luke bought him back home again. Its just the exact same thing that happened with Yoyo and he got a forever home too.
I remember that day that Jake came for his farm day out. He and YoYo did pull on Luke and Sam’s heart strings. One year on look at the massive change that has come over DDCFT - so much love, dedication and hard work that Luke, Sam and the Farm family have put in. ❤️🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🥰
