Bruh the game is bugged! He's stuck on the mission to get the replica of the painting, I've done it millions of times and every time the save comes back, I have to do it again
This response may be late but I believe you hacked the window controls. It activated the blinds, which the guards would have noticed instantly. I think the guy in the video activated the other panel next to it on the hacking laptop
After you replaced the painting, why didn't you just open the window in the main upstairs bedroom and jump on the roof and then over the fence? You had already disabled the windows in the beginning.

laptop at 2:10 doesnt turn off cameras instead does something else which the guards spot instantly
