Just an interesting nugget for you: The pronunciation for Jonathan David is a soft 'J' as in Agincourt and in David it's a hard 'A' as in apple. Another one is AEK Athens: The Greeks pronounce it 'Eye-eck' like your eyeball and 'eck' as in 'occasion'. I used to live in Greece and knew many AEK and Panathinaikos fans.

Benrahma v Buendía? Buendía all the way for me. Absolutely awesome. Direct replacement for Pablo. And perfect fit in the Bielsa setup. Agree 100% with your analysis Conor.
Great stuff Conor as always loving this solo stuff , maybe in tomorrow’s episode you could address the links with Juan Foyth and your thoughts on him , could go either way for me if we sign him but I guess it can be argued that we didn’t think much of Ben white when we signed him and look how that turned out !

A lot of younger Argentinian players seem to be flirting with wanting to work with Bielsa, while he's a legend in Leeds he's a veritable God over thier, Orta needs to look at players temperament as well, a lot of players when signed will want to start straight in the team whoever we sign may well have to warm the bench for a few months till they get up to full speed.
Buendia/Benrahma (although I slightly prefer Benrahma) as a Pablo replacement, White, David, and possibly a goalkeeper would make me happy given the names mentioned so far. I think we'd be more than competitive with those additions.

David is Canadian so I assume it is just the British pronunciation
Yes, I think it’s the British prononciation. But don’t forget that there is a French speaking area there too. But he looks like he’s from Ottawa, so more likely to be the British prononciation.

Benrahma...... Hell if Brentford don't go up, their chances of keeping Ollie Watkins is probably slimmer. Look at last year, Maupay was their top scorer, and he went..... O.W. playing as a 10, playing off of Bamfords hold up play, it'd be like a Tyler Roberts who can actually put the ball in the net on a regular basis.
Yea Brentford sell on their best players and find even better ones. Good scouting club I would prefer Watkins ,Cunning quick clinical and brilliant header of the ball. And he could work with Bamford.
