I can't help but think that for the audio we are hearing live, they used the samples that were use on the actual recording of this album, i mean, they sound the same
I'd imagine most of them enjoyed the odd occasion of playing with a metal band, even if they don't necessarily like the music. It must've been a breath of fresh air y'know? And playing-wise I think they were probably happy about the job, since they were tasked with playing relatively easy stuff.

If you watch the video for Communion you'll see that at least one of the chorist is really enjoying herself and showing a lot of energy. Apart from her, it's kind of hard to see any form of genuine enthusiasm.

For sure the conductor of the Symphonic Orchestra is one of the septics now as he showed at 6:24 what kind of music he really prefers.
