I understand what you mean but you have to admit there are times in a situation that cataclysms can't solve all the problems. Besides, Ladybug wants to limit contact with others knowing secret partnerships. Also wouldn't it all fall to dust if Chat Noir comes in to help or save the day, it would resort in one of their miraculouses being taken, most likely Rena Rouge.

And sometimes, he's just being left out for no good reason at all. Just like Nathalie said it, Ladybug WILL make a mistake one day and I think that this is gonna be it.

Theory: this season is meant to show a build up of Adrien’s pain. starting off with him and Kagami breaking up, then leading on into him being openly replaced by Rena Rouge, then feeling excluded to a point of eventually giving up Chat Noir, because in his eyes, like he said in Syren, “nobody will know if I quit... no one will care” and he renounces plagg
When you think about it, both Ladybug and Chat Noir have a somewhat of a parallel right now. While Ladybug is becoming a great guardian of the miracle box and is also somewhat "building" a group of people she can trust, Chat Noir's trust is slowly diminishing. Hence in the episode 'Lies', its implied that Kagami doesn't trust Adrien anymore since he has always been lying ever since they met. While Ladybug is obtaining some new power-ups along with Rena Rouge, Chat Noir is still stagnant compared to the both of them. He is isn't capable of developing himself without Ladybug. Lastly, no matter how many adventures both Ladybug and Chat Noir had, Chat Noir always showed that he has some sort of attachment issues. As seen in this episode wherein he needs to hear first from Ladybug about L.B. and Rena Rouge's two-person plan. While Ladybug is moving up in the chain alongside with Rena, Chat Noir has slowly been regressing to the point that he isn't seen as Ladybug's equal anymore. This is probably why that in this episode, we see Chat Blanc in the Marinette's nightmare. Chat Blanc is the pinnacle of Chat Noir albeit instead of achieving such feat by his own will, he is instead forced to achieved through Hawkmoth.
Why does everyone think that chat noir is being replace by rena rouge
My main question is how does Marinette remember Chat Blanc. Because after she miraculous ladybug everything in the episode, shouldn't she have no memory of him?

Why is no one talking about the fact that Cat Noir ignored the warning of Rena Rouge who ultimately had the plan saying he needs to stay where he is but listened to Marinette who did a bit more explaining but as far as Chat knows it’s just a deduction. I really think he trusts her so much.

I think the key is "did a bit more explaining. I get that Rena Rouge was in an extremely bad situation and she had no time to talk but I think Chat deserves better than the treatment he gets. He is an important part of the team. An equal. Therefore he deserves an explanation of the plan. Chat isn't selfish he is more than willing to listen AND hear his parents. But you have to explain the plan! Otherwise, I don't blame him for feeling like he is just a tool that had been useful 'til a "better one" (Rena) appeared.
But as far as he knows she wasn’t even included in the plan he doesn’t know she’s ladybug therefore he must’ve just trusted Marinette’s deducting skills to some extent

Don't get me wrong, I love Marinette/Ladybug. But this girl had to choose between ending a sentimonster and ending *Shadowmoth*, and she chose the SENTIMONSTER. like bruh. She had the power to end everything but noooooo.

One of the main things I hope comes out of Chat’s frustration with being isolated and left out is a change in his personality tbh. Because for most of the series, Chat has always been the easy going and jokey partner to Ladybug, someone who is always serious and focused, and this makes sense given his background. Considering how controlled his life is, it makes sense that Adrien’s alter ego is someone who is carefree and simply wants to have fun on his own terms. But maybe because of the way in which Ladybug is leaving him out to some extent, Chat Noir will start to become more serious and focused during their battles. He’ll realize that he needs to become a better partner so that Ladybug can trust him more, leading to him becoming less focused on her and acting like a proper superhero, not just someone who uses the miraculous as an escape from his normal life.

@@Raya-ir4tm if the writers didn’t want to do anything important for Adrien/Chat, then they would have never given him such an important place in the show (making him the character that comes from a mysterious family and secretly being the son of the main villain). His purpose and importance will become prominent once a lot of these aspects of his background are out at the forefront. And what I meant was that Chat largely loves being a superhero because of freedom and being with Ladybug; what I want is for there to be a larger level of responsibility to his duty rather than to just Ladybug as it has been for most of the series.

Ambient lighting in the room can make colors appear less bright. In a warm light illuminated place, blues loose a lot of vibrancy.
To the people questioning why Shadowmoth was so tall, I think it is Marinette’s consciousness framing him as a bigger and stronger villain, as we know that Adrien and Marinette’s height are relatively the same, and in Queen Wasp, we see that when Adrien hugs his father, he is not too much shorter than him

The fact Chat Blanc came in means that it left a huge impact on Marinette which is really deep if you think about it.
I loved the episode and Rena’s growing influence in the show. She’s been the main reason for the defeat of me pigeon 72 and sentibubbler. However, when is chat noir coming back!!! We’ve barely seen him in Season 4 and he’s been practically useless. It’s called LB and CN for a reason. I hope he has a major role in the season finale.
Hmm the one thing i noticed is that when alya turns off her mirage the bubble disappears(marinette’s bubble) it should’ve pretended to go down but i think shadowmoth might notice this little mistake

More evidence of Adrian being a sentimonster: in the episode sentibubler we saw that sentibubler could think for him self when he (sentibubler) asked hawkmoth “should I capture ladybug” when the illusions of ladybug and Alya were talking
Also in the episode feast we learned that sentimonsters can mix with your emotions when your making them (that’s how feast wanted to get all the miraculouses) maybe when Adrian was being created the owner (probably Emily) was feeling left out (idk how) that’s why in several episodes we see Adrian want to give up his miraculous when ladybug doesn’t tell him everything

The part that surprised me is when I saw Cat Blanc in Marinnete's nightmare and when Cat Noir got mad, I thought he was gonna get akumatized into Cat Blanc.
When I watched the episode I loved her plan and she is like the second Marinette/Ladybug.
So if ladybug got chat blanc in her nightmare, then that means she remembers that incident!

I like how the appearance of Chat Blanc in the dream signifies that Marinette was traumatized by the experience of that episode. You can see, her reaction to him is different, stronger, I guess. It's nice that the show understands the lasting impact of such trauma.
And on a completely unrelated note, I have a question. Ladybug had such a great opportunity to take the miraculous away from Shadowmoth in this episode. Why didn't she act on it? Why take the cup if you can take the jewelry?!

Theory: there might not be a reveal! Because future ladybug and cat noir are still there in the future. So there might be no reveal, if there is a reveal, it won’t make sense, because they can’t know there identities, but, since Marinette is the new guardian she could change some rules.

Alya probably using her blog to highlight cat noir 's greatness so he won't feel left out (they even made a new movie with him and rogue lolz ) that's why he's in high spirits and grateful to her .
The ironic part is I think Alya is quicker to understand cat 's frustrates and give him the respect he deserves but lady bug will continue to indirectly side line him and put him in a distance.
I think the new costume Alya gets in rocktear is just how she disguises herself. Either that or she gets the cape from the action figure.
