Scorpio lagna people are always the wealthiest, having their 2 money houses ruled by Jupiter (benefic for this lagna too), significator of expansion and wealth. Also, Jyeshtha is in Scorpio and it's called the billionaire's nakshatra. This ties into NJ-s point of the 8th house being involved in a way in big wealth, and Scorpio is the original 8th house.

I don’t think Jyotish is that shallow as having certain Nakshatra, etc. There’s literally a lot of reasons to someone being rich, not only a nakshatra. Etc . Usually person has a nice Arudha lagna, the person has a strong D2 and D10, person has strong D9 as well. Sometimes, for example the person born rich it means they have a strong 8 house, etc. self made rich people don’t have strong 8 house, but they have strong 2/12 house (investment), they might not have money, but Marry someone rich (nice Upapada)… not all we see it’s the true colors of a chart.
