Ever since I had first played the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2003 video game, there's only one thing of the Streets and Alley levels I had noticed that strikes me as odd.
When playing as Leonardo and Michelangelo, it's raining (5:17-12:16), but when playing as Donatello and Raphael, it's not raining.
Don't you just hate it when people make up their minds when it comes to making a video game?
I know I do.
The designers should've left out the Mousers of the Streets, Alley and Rooftops levels and used them only for the Sewer and Stockman's Lab levels.
