I have watched the video many times. It has inspired me to do some work on my old monochrome photos from the late 40's early 50's taken with my dads blk n wht box camera. some of the negatives have written on them. Kodak safety film. I suppose you would want there safety film over there non safe film. Back in the day. I found out safety film was less flammable than it's predecessor
my first problem is I dont have adobe monochrome i juat have monochrome. I dont have sliders for Temp or tint. maybe its because my photo wasnt color to begin with. However these techniques saved my black n white photo I took when I was 7 or 8.
@@LonerJoe If you're speaking of Color Profiles, those two should be the same. It's the equivalent of just turning your Saturation slider to Zero. If the photo is a JPEG scan, you may lose some sliders.

Love the image and the depth you achieved with your dodging and burning. Bob Ross would have been proud 😆 keep up the good work, love it 📸👍

Hope to see these on your channel soon!
@RunNGunPhoto they really need a lot of restoration and tweaking like you show in your video.
I bet! Sure would be cool if you recorded and documented the process.

Fantastic video and explanation. It came out outstanding! I personally would have removed that white thing that looked like trash near water
Thanks Susan! The white stuff near the water was just a build-up of foam from the moving water.
Ooooh!! Lol😊
Maybe I should have darkened that area so it isn't so distracting. I appreciate your feedback! :)
I’m looking at your screen in my screen so, it probably looks brighter than it is :)
Quick question...this was shot at f/8...but the focus is exceptional throughout. Did you focus stack at all??
Hey Richard, the lens focal length was wide enough that paired with f/8, I had a super deep depth of field.
There is NO Ý' in NIKON ! ask NIKON its their company ! At least learn to pronounce it correctly !
lol this is how you’re spending your day?
