The UP is beautiful! My wife was a Yooper and we went on our honeymoon up there. Unfortunately, she passed away, however, I do plan on going back there again because there's so much more to see there. I'm going to follow your journeys. I love the realization that people have at the Soo locks when they find out that there are zero water pumps involved in the raising and lowering of the ships from one lake to the other. It's hard to express to people the feeling of going into the UP and it feeling like you have entered a whole different world.
Love the UP!!! My husband and I always pick UP for camping / hiking etc so peaceful and beautiful if you want to get away from civilization ! One thing we haven’t visited yet is The Porcupines ! Michigan is beautiful !
Such a beautiful part of the state! We love how fresh and natural it is up there. We'd definitely recommend taking a trip to the Porkies! It's a long way there, but it was amazing to realize our state had something like that. 🙌 Where are you all from?!
