Clark Dev't Corp. must exercise sound and brilliant management and development strategies to prevent the entire Clark Special Economic Zone from descending into a chaotic chop suey mix of ugliness. With 33,000 hectares, CSEZ can contain 3 of Singapore's 5 regions, namely, Central (Metropolitan Area), Northeast (Residential) and the East Region (includes Changi). They practically have a "blank canvass" that they can paint and turn into a world-class area.
Agreed, they should make Clark a more walkable area, prioritizing pedestrians instead of cars, have wide sidewalks, protected cycle lanes, hopefully a tram system or BRT, etc... Car-centric development ruined Manila
