No hydraulic needed. its an oversized AUTOMATIC VAKUMCLEANER! 😁😉 It sucks until the tank is full, and then it stops the vacum and blows the fish out of the bottom valve,
and in to the big hose, and when empty it turns on the vacum again and the valve at the bottom close again.
it looks like a relative small single tank, around 1000 Liter..
i worked on a bit bigger pelagic trawler -seine boat a few years ago,, there they had a bigger double pump, 2x4500 liter they used to empty the fishtanks to
get the fish unloaded..
it cind of suckd constant becouse 1 tank emptyed while the other tank was filled. cind of like this:

I dont know where you are located, but in norway we have to major vacuum pump builders. CFlow and MMC Tendos.
