Tier Breakdown:
S: Meta defining/shaping or just overall strong card
A: Very solid cards that can impact gameplay significantly
B: Can be very strong or weaker (boom or bust); not the best cards in their archetype; more niche
C: Weaker cards that are very niche; need a lot of other cards & combos to succeed
F: Bottom of the barrel cards that are just generally weak; easily replaceable by other cards that do their job better

Hi DucKButter! Great video as always. My one and only complaint is putting Jubilee in C tier. I understand that a person less attuned to the gambling mindset may find her to be "random" or "unreliable", but I must assure you that this is far from the case. As a career speculator, I've found myself more than comfortable partaking in the noble act of wagering. Whenever Jubilee is played, she simply summons whatever needs to be summoned. I ask that you please get better at gambling, then reevaluate Jubilee as I think you will find that you made a grave error. Many thanks, much love DuckButter

Excellent list. Filled with interesting intel relating to Series 2 in Marvel Snap. Question. Was Shang-Chi included in S-Tier because S stands for Shang? Or is it really that good... Because if it isn't that good that makes me wonder a lot of things...
Does S also stand for Sunspot?
Does A stand for Agent 13?
Does B stand for Bucky Barnes?
Does C stand for cloak?
Please.. Holla at me. I'm admittedly quite curious.
